Plus eating a lot of candy just made people sick - even Vashti could admit that.

"Oh, and it's nice to meet you, Ariana," she added, smiling. "I'm Vashti."

She called enthusiastically, running over to where her friend sat ( the gracefulness out of the window) and threw herself next to the older friend. "Big day, eh?" She grinned.

And then someone was shouting her name! Wha?

Oh! Louisa!

"Hey Louisa!" Vashti greeted the third year. She wasn't even going to bring up that day in Knockturn Alley. Especially since nothing, fortunately, had happened. "Big day?" she asked, a little puzzled. "How?"
