"I just moved here from Marseille in July," Quinn explained. "My father - you know he's a muggle, right? - well he decided to open a new law office in London so we moved." She grinned. "Hello, Luke, it's nice to meet you." She looked quickly from Luke to Isobel and noted the awkward silence that lasted only a brief moment. "Isobel's a year ahead of me," she added for clarification. Then she looked back at Isobel. "What's Hogwarts like?" she asked giddily. "Is it anywhere near as beautiful as Beauxbatons? What about the classes and the teachers? And the food!" She had to stop herself from salivating at the thought of Beauxbatons dinners. God, they were delicious! she thought dreamily. I don't see any way Hogwarts food could be better. "What year are you in, Luke?" she added, not wanting to sound as though she were excluding him form the conversation.
