Her world had really been turned upside down, and it all started at that stupid Borr party. Since then so much had happen.
Brandishing her wand she held it high and flicked a number of times. The clothes on the floor flew to the wash, the dishes washed themselves, the trash emptied, and the house put itself back into order. Well at least the house looked better. The woman caught a glimpse of herself in the hall mirror. AHH! She looked dreadful. Noah would not appreciate her showing up like this. Not to mention, if she planned to make Mason jealous she had to look like a perfect 10 all the time.
Another flick and swish and she was dressed. Hair done and looking good. The woman walked further down the hall and greeted her Grandmother Medea’s picture with a smile. ”Hello grandmother.” Her Grandmother died when she was 73, but she looked like she was maybe 55. Time was very kind to her. Like her granddaughter she had dark hair and green eyes. Stunning to say the least. ”Hello Angelica,” She always called her granddaughter Angelica, never Medea. ”It’s about time you cleaned up the house, it was looking like a filthy muggle home.” She sneered. ”Where are you headed?” ”Just out. I’m not sure if I’ll be back late or not.” She knew her grandmother would see right through her. ”You’re going on a date. Well it’s about time. You’ve had one nasty dry spell didn’t you.” She had a way of being brutally honest. ”It better not be with a muggle. Although, I know you never would date one of those filthy things.” Angelica smiled. ”No grandmother I’d never. That would taint the bloodline, and I’d never do that to your legacy.” ”Good girl. Well I won’t wait up, in fact if you’d shut my curtain on the way out.”
She followed her Grandmother’s order, closed the curtain and with that she left for her date. ~~~~~~~~~~Hours later
With a loud crack they arrived outside the large warehouse. Breaking from the kiss that she started before they apparated she spoke, ”Sorry, I had to make sure we stayed close during the apparition.” She smiled like a school girl. Breaking her gaze from him she looked toward the old worn down warehouse, ”Here it is. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I mean for it to be that way.” The woman had neglected to inquire to his blood status, but she knew that he had mentioned there being ‘nothing wrong’ with muggles when they first met. She hoped he was pureblood, even if he thought Muggles were ‘ok’. Her grandmother’s portrait would know upon first glance, thank Merlin she was sleeping. Even though he now knew where she lived now his entry would still require her assistance. Angelica had more than a few protective charms on the building.
She stepped away from him, brandished her wand and with a couple swishes a door appeared. ”Come on in” Angelica smiled and tugged on his hand.
As she entered a few candles started to burn. ”Well here we are.” The inside of the building was so incredibly cozy. Leather and wood furniture, stone work throughout. ”Can I get you anything?” She said with a smile. When their lips parted, Noah smiled and shook his head. "Don't apologize, Ang," he told her, hooking both his forefingers around the beltloops on her jeans and pulling her back to him for a second kiss. One would just not suffice. When the two were finally finished with their on-the-go liplocks, Harper turned to take a look at her home. Which.. was a warehouse? Heh, didn't make any difference to him. "Sure, it's pretty sick, actually." He glanced over the exterior of the home as she used her wand to take down the enchantments. Really, he had never met someone so concerned about criminals hacking into her life. It only furthered his suspicion that she was some heiress or something.. who happened to live in a warehouse...
A very nice warehouse, mind you, as he quickly found out. He followed in after her, his fingers linked with hers. One would have never guessed that they were in the warehouse he had seen only moments before - the decor was tasteful and cozy. "I'm impressed," he said with a slow nod. "And the candles.." He gestured to the one burning nearest to him. "They're a nice touch," he smiled. They set the mood, no doubt.
Could she get him anything? "Oh, what an excellent hostess." He smirked. There were a few particular things that came to mind.. "Show me the rest of the house?"
