Briefly ceasing the shifts through his memory, he glanced up at the statue in question. His fingers grazed the brim of his hat as he considered it for a moment. "House elves are like that. Eager to please. It's the centaur and goblin that would be cause for surprise." History had proven that neither thought highly of man-kind.

But the statue was of no concern to Rafa, the boy was. Turning his attention back to him, he offered a hand. "I don't believe we've had the pleasure." Not properly at least. "Rafael Belmonte. Environmental Head."
