Pulling the brake lever to make sure that it didn't take off while they were conducting their business, something that had happened on quite a few occasions with the older models, Bijou turned to give a polite nod to her passengers.
"It is, in fact." Listening to the child direct a question at her, Bijou smiled...well the edge of her lips quirked up which was pretty good considering. "Yes you may."
Climbing out nimbly, she propped open the cart door with a pointed foot shaking the clankers in her hand. Juust in case. It wouldn't do for Bunny to make an appearance and scare the duo half to death. Nope, it just wouldn't do.
Crossing to stand in front of the door to Vault 412, Bijou extended one long finger. As she ran the tip of her nail down the metal hinges, the door shimmered for a few seconds as the enchantments melted away. In the background, a series of clicks and grinds were heard, the different tumblers falling into place. With a final click, the keyhole appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Slipping the key in, Bijou turned it efficiently with practiced ease.
A creaking sound echoed through the passageway as the door swung open to reveal their vault. Taking a step back, Bijou gave a little bow. "In you go now."
'She is quite friendly' Ari thought about the goblin, and smiled. She and her mother followed Bijou, who opened their vault and gave them permission to enter it. When she bowed, it surprised both the woman and the child.
'Thank you, we won't be long.' Ava Marchbanks said politely. The girl followed her mother, her eyes gleaming with curiosity to see the contents of their family vault.
'Let's take the money we need. We're in a hurry.' her mother reminded her.
Ari could notice some pieces of jewelry and some items which seemed like magical instruments.
'All of these will be yours someday.' Ava told her daughter in a soft tone.
The mother took out the necessary amount of money and they returned to the cart.
'Finished.' the girl announced, waiting.
