"Well, it seems like a lot of you have some questions about what might be going on during this lesson. Curiosity," she said, voice still in the vaguely idle tone it had been in when she'd reassured Rae. "I figured we'd keep things a bit more relaxed, especially since I can imagine at least some of you have other things to worry about." Exams, that sort of thing. She still wanted to have a discussion though, and a fun lesson. And at that thought, her demeanor turned a bit more animated, more mischievous. "Before we get started, I'm curious to hear what you might think we're going to be doing.Go ahead, try me." She had a feeling people would guess one of the topics, but not the other. It remained for them to actually see how much she'd reveal before she started the real discussion.
Hmm... Well, considering that there were teapots and teacups, Ariana would guess Tasseomancy, but a bunch of people had already guessed that. Maybe they'd be doing something else, too, like... Ariana couldn't think of anything realistic, so time to get creative! She tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear and thought for a moment before speaking up.
"Well, we could be doing Tasseomancy, or we could be doing something that has nothing to do with teacups, like Palmistry or something."
Okay, so not really creative. Still... it was different? Oh well, Ariana just waited to see what everyone else did and what Professor Bishop said.
