Her smile widened, "I have to," she said, slowly backing up in the direction she had been headed originally, "I have to give you your pictures."
She shoved her hands in her pocket, for lack of camera to occupy them, and felt something. Or somethings, rather. The cookies! Ellie'd totally forgotten about them. Now she must go squirrel them away somewhere.
"Bye Treyen." And she hurried down the corridor.
Smiling. Yes. That was the Ellie he loved to see. And if he was the one who'd happened to make her smile, then all the better.
He merely nodded...but wait...she had to...what?
The pictures! Treyen was still believing she didn't need her camera. Really. She didn't. But he wasn't going to start that discussion again, especially when she was quite possibly to say that he was wrong. Not that he minded being wrong, is that he minded being wrong when he wasn't.
But he was still smiling from last time, so, his smile only widened.
"You do, but I'm in no hurry to get them." Just in case.
And then he waved goodbye, but didn't say anything. He only watched her go until she was out of sight.
Now, off to the Great Hall, because he was hungry, and tired, and there was no chance on seeing his Captain in there at this time. But he'll be keeping track of time, because he had a very important question to ask Melanie about this Quidditch games.
Very important question, indeed.
