Iridesca glanced around and saw the seating area, she knew this was where she needed to rest her feet before everything got started, which wouldn't happen until the man of the hour arrived. She found an empty seat and pushed a stray blue strand of hair behind her ear.
She slowly glanced up and down the table. Sadly she didn't recognize anyone, actually she had realized when walking into this shindig that she hadn't really met tooo many people since accepting a position as an Obliviator. This made her heart sad a little bit but she kept a smile on her face.
She looked down the table and said to no one in particular, "Well, this is just lovely so far. I can't wait to see what surprises are in store for us tonite..." she had to admit that inside she was a little nervous about all of this...it was just a little odd that they were having a celebration like this when they hadn't for the new Minister....but she pushed that thought to the back of her mind as well.
