Nika smiled when Jacob admitted something that was a bit embarrassing too. It made Nika feel more comfortable around him. Like she could tell him everything and he wouldn't make fun of her for any of it. Nika's face fell in surprised when Jacob mentioned instruments.
"Really? You play the piano?!?!" Nika couldn't believe how much they seemed to have in common.
"I play the piano too, but I only started two years ago." Quote:

She woudn't dwell on it too much, she'd bring everyone down.
"Really? That would so fun!" she smiled. She hoped Nika wasn't just saying this because she'd been so misrable and she'd wanted to cheer her up.
"I'd love too... if your parents would put up-I mean have me."
But what about Rachel? She'd probably go to her friends as well why the parents got things sorted. The song 'It's a hard not life' floated into her head.
"Yeah! I'm sure my family will be delighted to have you over! I was actually just about to start writing them a letter so I will ask them if it's alright in it!" Nika was actually relieved she had found something to say in the letter.
"I just have one problem. I just can't seem to think of what else to write in it." She held up her piece of parchment that she had shown Rex not to long ago. The edges were rimmed in doodles and there were no words what so ever.
"I don't know what to say."
