She then left a note saying Happy Valentine's Day to her fellow Gryffindors and was just about to head back out and perhaps spend a few hours in the library when she spotted someone.
"
H-Hello," she blushed feeling a little embarrassed that she hadn't noticed him earlier. She probably looked like a mad woman that way she had been running around.
Cass noticed Kurumi placing a box n a table and opening it, what ever was in the box smelled good. He waved to her while he was talking to Rex, they have not had much time to chat in a while. Both of them are in their second year and usually fairly busy... He made a mental note to see what was in the box shortly.

" Yes, I will enjoy my life after school and not just because of my work idea" Rex explained to Cass. "Well, you are very good with people and that is what a healer has to be first and foremost" Rex smiled." Great, a lot of boys cannot have girls has friends" he told Cass.
"I never figured my mom to be important to the muggle community but you may be right. Dad just like the challenge it gives him to get things to work right around high concentrations of magic." Cass responded to Rex.
"I do believe that many in the wizarding community would be open to things like computers and such, but a few would not. But then the same can be said about muggles and magic. Many would most likely accept it in the end, but some never would. And it is those that would not accept things that would cause the most trouble for both." Why can everyone just get along and live their own lives calmly... Cass sighs with that thought.
"Well I like having friends, and even if someone is not my friend that is no reason to be mean to them. But like I said I can look into becoming a healer. Thanks for the suggestion." Becoming a Healer may actually be a good idea, what with his mothers family having him learn Emergency Medical skills as well as martial arts, they could fit together. Need to check on what he needs to learn for it though.
"I am glad you will enjoy it, dad says if you enjoy your work it is not really work anymore and you are more likely to stick to it."
Cass gives Rex a puzzled look now,
"Why can't some boys have girls as just friends? That just seems odd really." Cass himself has not really 'noticed' girls that way yet... but...
