Charley giggled, covering her mouth with her right hand. "I'm sorry, yes, I suppose I did forget to mention the snapping part. I'd say that's a better idea. Is your finger all right?" she continued as she went to the counter and paid for the candies.

Charley walked back to Alice and Jaina. "If you like them, Jaina, you have a package of your own," she said. "They're some of the least dangerous, just so you know. The worst that can happen is that you get a disgusting flavour." She dropped four of the packages of Bertie Bott's into her bag then opened the other. She popped one of the jelly beans into her mouth.
"Hmm....strawberry. Very good," she related. "Would either of you like any before Belle gets back?"
