Alina hadn't really thought about trying out this... what was it again? The common room pool? Whatever it was, she didn't think much of it until she kept hearing people plunge into the water and with her curiosity, she traveled from one of the arm chairs over to the hatch. The gillyweed that Professor Lafay had given them earlier was still being held in her hand.
The redhead leaned over, looking into the depths of the lake, then she finally ate her gillyweed. Afterward, she sat down on the ground and scooted herself right into the water. The first thing that she thought about when she swam around was that it was really weird being able to breath under water then she thought about the fact of the Giant Squid eating her.
That thought made her want to swim herself right back out but she didn't leave.
