"Its not that he's new," Emmaleigh said in earnest. "Mean, we have alot of new professors, and I like them well enough. Sure, all the lessons are a little odd, but I don't think that is a coincidence." She paused, "Its well, its that he's creepy. Didn't you notice that he just appeared from no where. And it seems like he can read minds." She whispered the last bit, because that was absolutely terrifying. "And lets not forget his less than spectacular introduction to the school." Everything that had happened at the feast, and what she had seen since then showed the girl that he was a very suspicious character that she couldn't trust.
Kurumi listened to Emmaleigh as she spoke, understanding everything she was saying, but silenty disagreeing with several of her points. "
I admit at first the I found him frightening, but then I went to speak with him," Kurumi explained deciding that she should probably just take a seat as this was going to take some time. "
I went to his office and found him rather pleasant actually. He answered questions, wasn't scary or rude unless others were rude to him first, and was very kind." He had even managed to make Kurumi feel good about herself and gave her some hope for the relationship she had with her mother. "
A boy with me actually asked him if he was a Legilimens, but I was ushered out of the room before I could hear his answer."
Kurumi had to admit, she had not gotten all her questions answered and she found herself even more curious than she had been before entering his office.
"
I'm planning on going back to talk with him,"
and drink more of that delicious green tea and bake him some cookies. Quote:

"
Are you saying that you doubt he works at the Ministry?" Kurumi asked. "
My father also works for the Ministry and he knows about him. You did say almost all...Professor Lafay said that Mr. Iken---Albert, is our way to talk directly to the Minister of Magic." If everyone was so adament about the Professors being the good guys, they ought to know that now all the professors were against him. Professor Lafay had actually been rather kind to her when she had visited her office the other day.
