Marissa made her way to the great hall to grab some breakfast, in the air she felt tension rising everywhere. Shurgging it off she continued walking, there were always fights and arguements at Hogwarts... or so she thought. She walked a bit farther and quite a bit of noise and being to curious for her own good followed the noises which lead towards slytherin common room? She couldn't be exactly sure, seeing as she never went in 'seek' for the other house common rooms, but by over hearing people and doing a bit of research she basically managed to plot out where each one was... but it really was to no concern of hers...
... As her thoughts trailed off she came to meet a group of students, ministry officials, aurors, professors... she looked around staying away to make sure not to get into anyones way... she tapped a slytherin student on there shoulder "Excuse me..." she pasued, she was a Gryffindor, what was she thinking? There was almost no way in heaven this person would tell her anything, but since she had started the sentence she decided to finish it, rather or not they would reply... "...what exactly is going on?" she whispered somewhat embarssed...
