"Hi," he said happily, taking a seat and pulling out his books. He noticed that Treyen hadn't unpacked any of his things and wrinkled his brows. "You ok?" he asked. Something seemed off about him. Or maybe Alex was just crazy and imagining things.
Eyes fixated on the board and the way 'Divination' was written, Treyen started to regret his decision of coming in.
"Alex, hey!" he said, with a small smile, and watched the oh-so-much-taller-than-him boy take a seat next to him. Treyen's smile turned into a smirk when he noticed Alex taking out his books. Yeah, he was NOT doing that yet. He was here...to observe. Yes.
"Me? Yeah, of course," he said, shrugging his shoulders. Why wouldn't he be okay, right? After how awful this year was turning out to be.
"You?" the Lockhart boy was giving no indication at his slight dislike for the new Professor.
SPOILER!!: Ced

It wasn't like he had actually done something wrong, for as far he knew, the adult at Jake's party was the new Divination professor. But he just so wondered if he had made a bad impression to the new professor when he met her at the party. Guh, he was being silly. Definitely. 'Are you nervous?' or 'You're nervous' couldn't exactly mean he'd done or showed something wrong. Oh. Silly him.
It was after a moment when Cedric shrugged the 'silly' thought away (yes, he decided the thought itself was silly. Totally not him). And so he walked into the room, his hands on his pockets, and eyes glancing round the room casually. Then his gaze fell upon the woman. "Hello ma'am," he greeted, and then noticed Treyen... looking a bit gloomy unlike his usual self. He walked toward Trey, flopped down on the seat beside him, and offered, "Hey Trey. How's life treatin' you?" For it was treating him... a bit too wickedly.
Oh? His eyes were on the badge already and it hasn't even been two minutes since Cedric sat down on the other side. Well, this wasn't FAIR either! For all he knew Treyen could look like a first year sitting between this two GIANTS!
He frowned.
Then let it go. There were more important things to worry about, no?
How was life treating him? Hmmm...interesting. Awful. That was the answer.
"Okay...I guess," he shrugged, and looked at the board again. His frowned deepened,
"Yeah, everything's okay, how about you?" he truly didn't mind if he answered or not, he was now focused on NOT focusing.
