Every set of cards had their own energies, and the more positive they were, the better the set seemed to work. At least, going about Divination in a positive manner. She imagined there were people out there who weren't quite as careful. That always happened.

"It's one of mine as well," she continued, as the girl spoke about Tarot as her favorite. It was certainly her specialty, but not everything. "Learning many forms helps expand your horizons, though. Expand your capabilites." An eyebrow arched delicately as it seemed Vadoma had more to show her, however, and she shifted position once again to take a look. "Those are beautiful. I'd imagine quite irreplaceable as well," she said, before nodding. "Yes, runes and divination are similar, although not interchangeable. I think the professor would enjoy getting to look at those, however," she continued. Then out of the corner of her eye she saw Anastasia ruffle her feathers, and her attention faltered. Something had disturbed the phoenix.

ooc: Things for Preston and Vadoma in here as well. *nods*

It seemed that question was about to be answered, though, as seconds later Miss Stone stormed in, and Renée returned to her desk serenely as Bowie woke up with a quiet woof. "Please, make yourself at home, Miss Stone," she said, unaffected by the continued sour attitude. She did imagine the others in her office would be, so she looked at the two again apologetically. "Perhaps we can continue our conversations a bit later, as it seems I'm needed," she said to them, . "It was nice meeting you, Preston, Vadoma. I look forward to seeing you in my classes. If one of you could please tell anyone who might be waiting outside that I'll be with them as soon as possible?"

Hopefully things could get ironed out sooner rather than later. She wasn't about to get her hopes up, though. Disappointment was difficult to work through, when somebody didn't choose to.
Vadoma smiled, "indeed, It was a pleasure talking to you." Vadoma smiled and stood up and left the office.
