"Nothing?" The look on his face indicated that he didn't believe her in the slightest, but he didn't motion at the wand. The purple hair was a little distracting. Kellen glanced down briefly at the badge on his chest, before looking back at her and smiling at her reaction, "Thanks?"

Urgh, why did he get the feeling that when it came to those he knew, this job was going to be exceedingly more difficult?

He wondered if she was actually taller, or if it was just the heels. Either way, he pointed out, "Surely you've got stories since the last time we talked? Care to share?"
