Alice nodded. "I'm half-and-half," Alice said with a little smile. "My dad is a muggle but my mom is a witch...don't really see her much anymore these days," said Alice, feeling the sadness start to come over her. She shook the mood off quickly, knowing it didn't do any good to sulk over something that was out of her control. The divorce was done and her mother was gone and that was all there was to it. "Water Polo huh?" said Alice with a warm smile. "I've never played that before but it sounds like fun!" In the water was the only place where Alice's clumsiness couldn't hurt her, and the water would definitely take away the chance of her slipping and falling like she usually did on a basketball court. Alice's face squinted in pain a bit upon hearing that Adam had bruised his hip twice. "That sounds incredibly painful, although I can relate. I've had my fair share of bruises."
