Then Helen asked a question that Katelynn had asked her self many times. "Well..." she began. "I don't know exactly. But I'm guessing that it's not accidents. I mean, if there only existed purebloods. there wouldn't be many wizards left. So I guess magic just sometimes jumps into muggles. It sounds rather silly, but I can't explain it. But I know one thing - just because you're a witch, doesn't it necessarily mean that you'r little sister is one too."
