Yes Alex was late, yes he overslept, yes he was grinning like a mad man and no his friends wouldn't be surprised. He had been like that since he was five, always oversleeping but at least he arrived and didn't miss the train. That was the important thing. Cass rolled her eyes and said "Oh alright Alex. just this once. You can mess up my hair or whatever."
