Wow, not even Kurumi had ever seen Adam cower in so much fear from Katie. Selina had to be the first.He never imagined his ride to Hogwarts would be like this already.
Adam gave a little nod, something a little kid would do, and he slightly got up, but only to his knees and hugged Selina...

"Come on, she can't be that..." But Selina could not finish her thought. Adam had raised to his knees and enveloped her in a hug. This Katie girl must have really done some horrible things when they were together. Perhaps she had misjudged her character, maybe she was really as Adam had put it evil. Although she highly doubted it.
Allowing Adam to let it all out Selina hugged him back. After several minutes of hugging him to make him feel better Selina pulled away and looked him in the eye.
With a determined glare she asked, "Okay, what happened between the two of you? And don't say nothing because that," Selina said gesturing to the cowering, "was not nothing."
Giving him another hug she added, "You don't have to tell me. But I think it may be good to get off your chest."
