Things like that didn't bug her. She could live her whole life perfectly without knowing a secret. She had a feeling Connor wasn't gonna give up unfortunately.

Yayyy! That saved her a lot of trouble of worrying what he had in mind. She smiled and watched as he sort of fiddled with his tie. "Don't worry I will," she assured him. He had a reputation to live up to didn't he? She wouldn't ruin that. "Thank you so much though," Lizzie added. Then without really thinking, she stood on tiptoes and kissed him on the cheek.

Shock. Oh god. "Ermm...I--uh--I..." she stumbled in embarrassment. The girl felt her cheeks turning red. She had just crossed the line! Her list had specifically said never to kiss him! "Bye," she said, and hurriedly turned and walked back into the Great Hall.
