Kazi had warned him not to go into Knockturn Alley alone before he was of age, and though Jake had been down the street before, albeit with someone, he had respected the old man's wishes. He wore his travelling robes with his hood up, and he was lucky that he had a large build.

The young man had been looking for books, but, curse it all, he had found none. It was ridiculous. He'd have to use the library at school.

But for now, Jake had his eyes on one thing. Here in this shop was what he was looking for.

Leaving the two men already present in the shop to their own business, Jake went over to the all seeing glass eyes. He'd heard that Mad-Eye's old eye had been used on the outside of a door once, and so the person inside could see what was going on outside. He smiled and inspected them closely.

Yes... he'd have to leave them in his vault, but it would be better to buy them straight away.

Nodding to himself Jake eyed the price and shrugged to himself. He had come into Diagon Alley to deposit things in his Gringotts vault today, so he had money... and this wasn't even putting a dent in his inheritance.

Going to the shopkeeper, Jake told him what he wanted. "A cursed silver frame, one of those rune covered boxes and two all-seeing glass eyes," he said gruffly, and the shopkeeper accio'd them. Jake was thankful... the guy looked like a nasty piece of work and Jake just wanted to get out. He handed the man a pouch filled with gold coins. 150 to be exact. He waited for the man to give him 10 galleons back and nodded respectfully to him.

The pockets in Jake's cloak had an undetectable extension charm put on them, and it was in these that the lad put his purchases. The rest of the pockets had all sorts of money, books and objects in them too.

It was heavy.

"Thank you. May the rest of your business today go well," Jake bowed his head respectfully, before sweeping away. Time for Gringotts.
