Hi! I have a LOT of cake to share here today, so I'm going to honour the 5th anniversary of Iris' existence (!!!!) by sharing my cousin's
totally awesome birthday cupcakes with you guys.

Candy Floss/Cotton Candy cupcakes: I literally bought a candy floss maker to have these, haha. I melted LOTS of candy floss in soy milk and used the candyflossy milk in place of the vanilla flavouring in the recipe, and again with the frosting. I coloured my own sugar for the sprinkles on top.
Lemon Sherbet cupcakes: Lemon cupcakes soaked with homemade lemon syrup; lemon buttercream (use the syrup to flavour the frosting! Seriously!); topped with crushed sherbet lemons from the HP Studio Tour.
Pumpkin Pasty cupcakes: I couldn't find canned pumpkin anywhere, so I had to settle for the spices you use in pumpkin-flavoured pastries instead. I'm going to find out if other squashes I have access to will give the texture these were missing.
BUTTERBEER cupcakes: Personal favourite. I made vegan caramel - which was amazing - and used that, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger to flavour the cake. The buttercream was extra-whipped to be lighter, and were covered in the caramel.
Chocolate Frog cupcakes: Good old chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. I made 'chocolate' frogs and cards out of fondant, and painted details on the cards with food dye.
Little birthday cake: The top cake was just a vanilla cake, but tasted amazing. I made little bunting flags in the house colours, and the candled burnt the colour of the wax. (but I didn't get a photo of that because I'd gone to Alice's before they sang Happy Birthday

)
And because they're JUST SO COOL, here are individual photos of all the chocolate frog cards. Dumbledore, personally, is my favourite one out of the bunch (in terms of how well they came out):
I have a few more photos to upload and put here, and I'll edit them in at some point.
The close ups of the mascots you can just about see in the first photo are going to be posted separately in a moment.
