Oh my lanta. OH MY GOSH. None of you understand how much I love this movie. The cast, the acting, the cinematography, HOLY COW. The looks that Kirk and Spock give to each other and their banter literally cracks me up. Spock is hilarious. And the LENS FLARES. AGH. I feel like if I try to continue explaining what makes this movie perfect, I'll just end up blubbering even more nonsense than I already am.

Star Trek Into Darkness got me into watching the original Star Trek series, which, by the way, is also fantastic. There may be no lens flares, but it's quality. Also hilarious and wonderful.

Also, it's seriously impossible to get a good shot of Bones. He's always making weird faces, so I'm sorry for the lack of him here. (PS: DID YOU KNOW KARL URBAN (Bones/Dr. McCoy) IS IN LORD OF THE RINGS BECAUSE I JUST FOUND OUT. DR. MCCOY = EOMER = MIND BLOWN)
