As to how I play Quidditch...I set my alarm for 1:30 or 2 am, take a cold shower, drink some hot tea, and try to keep myself focused
I really enjoy the MSN chats and teamwork that comes from it, so it is worth missing the hours of sleep. Just wish my reflexes were a bit better at times...I blame the wee hours of the morning
