This game may seem simple, but you will have to be good at connecting the dots. Each person must connect the 3 people, places, things, or beings from the post above them. They must then leave the name of 3 people, places, things, or beings for the next member to connect. Seem easy?

3. Hermione is Harry's friend and was helped captive by the Merpeople during the second task in GoF.

Ginny Weasley - Dementors - Death Eaters

1. Ginny Weasley is in love with Harry.
2. Harry fought Dementors to save Sirius.
3. Sirius escaped the Dementors at Azkaban.


Neville, Professor Snape, Patronus.

1. Neville has a pet toad named Trevor.
2. Trevor had to drink Neville's Shrinking Solution because of Snape.
3. Snape's Patronus is a doe.

Sybill Trelawney, Ministry of Magic, Floo Network

1. Sybil Trelawney taught Harry Potter and Hermione Granger at Hogwarts.
2. Both Harry and Hermione end up working for the Ministry.
3. The Floo Network Authority is a Ministry of Magic board that established, maintained, monitored, and regulated the Floo Network.

Professor Dolores Jane Umbridge - Cedric Diggory - Godric's Hollow

1. Dolores Umbridge insisted that Voldemort had not returned, despite Harry Potter's persistent claim.
2. On the night Voldemort returned, Cedric Diggory was killed.
3. Cedric Diggory lived near Ottery St. Catchpole, a village where both Muggles and wizards live - much like Godric's Hollow.

Hogwarts Express, Gregory Goyle, Potion

1. Ron was the first person Harry shared a compartment with on the Hogwarts Express.
2. Gregory Goyle was bitten by Scabbers on the Express.
3. Goyle was hidden in a broom closet while Harry and Ron infiltrated the Slytherin Common Room with the help of the Polyjuice Potion.


Ginny, Quidditch, Albus Severus.

1. Ginny had a habit of breaking into the family broom shed.
2. Later in life Ginny played Quidditch professionally before writing for the Daily Prophet.
3. Albus Severus attended the 2014 Quidditch World Cup final.

Giant Squid, Viktor Krum, Ollivander

1. The Giant Squid lives in the Great Lake.
2. Viktor Krum took swims in the Great Lake, even in the chilly weather.
3. Ollivander described Krum's wand as 'quite rigid'.


Molly Weasley, Ford Anglia, The Forbidden Forest.

1. Molly Weasley has seven children, six sons and one daughter.
2. Her son Ron Weasley flew the family's Ford Anglia to Hogwarts.
3. The Ford Anglia drove off into the Forbidden Forest.

Patronus Charm, Lethifold, Gobstones

1. Not everyone can cast a corporeal Patronus.
2. The only effective protection against a Lethifold is the Patronus Charm.
3. Flavius Belby was the president of his local Gobstones club and used a happy memory to repel a Lethifold once.

Winky, Quidditch World Cup, Bulgarian Minister for Magic.

Winky is a house-elf who served the Crouch family.
Barty Crouch Jnr. and Winky were present at the 1994 Quidditch World Cup.
Oblansk, the Bulgarian Minister for Magic, was also present during the World Cup.

Banshee, Mandrake, Flesh-Eating Slugs

Banshees have an eerie appearance.
A banshee's scream is similarly fatal as a fully grown Mandrake's.
Flesh Eating Slugs favour consuming Mandrakes.

Grunnings, Privet Drive, Minerva McGonagall

Grunnings is a drilling company that employed Vernon Dursley.
Vernon Dursley and his family lived at 4 Privet Drive.
On the corner of Privet Drive is where Minerva McGonagall spied on the Dursley family.

Kingsley Shacklebolt, Department of Mysteries, Full Body-Bind Curse

1. Kingsley Shacklebolt was an Auror.
2. Kingsley fought in the battle at the Department of Mysteries.
3. The Department of Mysteries conducts confidential research.


Albus, Aberforth, Ariana

Albus Dumbledore is the oldest Dumbledore sibling.
Aberforth Dumbledore resented being in Albus' shadow.
Albus and Aberforth's relationship became very estranged after the death of their sister Ariana.

Imperius Curse, Gringotts, Defodio

1. The Imperius Curse is an Unforgiveable one.
2. The Trio used this to enter Gringotts once.
3. Harry used Defodio to carve out the ceiling order to escape from Gringotts on the back of a dragon with his friends.


Molly, hand knitted sweaters, Gred & Forge

Molly Weasley has seven children.
Each Christmas she makes them a hand-knitted sweater.
Fred and Forge ... err, Fred and George are two recipients of said sweaters.

Voldemort, Rowena Ravenclaw, Room of Requirement

1. Voldemort split his soul to make Horcruxes.
2. One Horcrux was the Diadem belonging to Rowena Ravenclaw.
3. This Diadem was hidden in the RoR.


Flying Motorbike, Zoo, Piers Polkiss,

Harry was delivered to the Dursleys via flying motorbike.
The Dursleys and Harry went to the zoo for Dudley's 11th birthday.
Piers Polkiss is one of Dudley's friends.

Potions, Gregory the Smarmy, Fred and George Weasley

1. Potions lessons are Usually held in the dungeons.
2. Gregory the Smarmy invented a potion that made the drinker believe whoever gave the potion was their best friend.
3. Fred and George set off a Portable Swamp on Gregory the Smarmy’s corridor on the fifth floor.


Yule Ball, The Patil twins, The Weird Sisters

The Yule Ball was a formal Christmas celebration.
The Patil twins went to the ball with Harry Potter and Ron Weasley.
They were present to see the Weird Sisters perform.

Charlie Weasley, Quidditch, Snidget

Charlie was a part of the Gryffindor team.
He played the position of Seeker.
Snidgets were once used as Golden Snitches for Seekers to catch.


Forbidden Forest, Fang, Unicorn Blood.

The Forbidden Forest was an area of the grounds students were not allowed to enter.
Fang accompanied Malfoy and Neville (in the first book) while they were serving detention in the Forest.
They were to follow a trail of unicorn blood.

Firenze, Trelawney, Battle of Hogwarts

1. Firenze taught Divination at Hogwarts.
2. Divination was also taught by Trelawney until she was sacked.
3. Trelawney help in the Battle of Hogwarts by throwing crystal balls at the bad guys.
