This little basement lies under the European headquarters of Wal-Market, a worldwide conglomerate owned by the family of one Roxanne Gwen Carter, otherwise known as the head of the Department of Environmental Protection in the British Ministry of Magic. Her brother ever so graciously donated the space after finding out about the Ministry lockout and his sister's subsequent desperate search for a place her department could operate from.

But beware, just because the space was donated by a wizard, it doesn't mean that you are free from worrying about Muggles. Wal-Market employees come in both Muggle and wizard varieties, so watch what you do and say!

Unless they are as 'ask before use' (like the Conference Room or Roxanne's Office) or firmly closed to posting (like this thread, the Employee Records Cabinet or the Announcement Board), then have at it!

Whenever we manage to break back into the regular Ministry (don't worry, I'll try and post an announcement when it's getting close so you can have time to finish any unfinished RPs)!
