Smack in the middle of the Carnival surrounded by games, food, and fun is The Main Stage. It is quite easy to spot with its flashing multi-coloured lights shooting off into the sky every few minutes. The Stage is set up so you can still pass by freely toward any end of the Carnival, but be careful not to knock anything over while you’re passing by. Carnie equipment isn’t cheap you know!

The rather large metal platform is charmed to change its appearance so it can adapt to whoever is performing at the moment. From famous Wizard rock bands, to clowns, to maybe even that little Witch that got away from her parents! No matter, The Main Stage is equipped for anything, bringing you the best entertainment that a Carnival can offer.

Blech... Love and such. What was even more sickening than the lovey couple was the Balloon guy saying 'plum bustin' with a RAINBOW suit .... What does that even mean?! But..... Those balloons MIGHT come in handy some day.. If only he could get him hands on some..

Walking up to Balloon guy, he started to form a plan in his head. With his hands in his pockets he started speaking... "Eyy skittles." Heh.. Get it? "Couldja make me ehh.. one o dem flyin' hippogriff balloons?"

Mr. Balloons turned around. No. He TWIRLED around with GLEEEEEEEEE!

"My name ain't skittles! It's Mr. Balloons!"

And this guy looked a little too grumpy. Mr. Balloons knew just how to fix that.

"Of course ah' can! Balloons neva' unchea', but ya' could use some lot uh cheer!"

So, the grumpy looking fellow got a GIANT bear hug.

Schwachkopf wandered around the Carnival. He knew that he was not supposed to leave his corner of the Carnie tent, but he was so anxious. Franz had told him that if he were to go out and play with him in public he would try really hard to get his ball into the cup and Ball in the Cup was hard. Franz was the hardest game ever! But he was wunderbar freund.

Of course Schwachkopf knew that if Mr. Balloons, his keepers, found him out and about playing without a chaperone he would be in big trouble. So the six foot four tall, burly German man was in stealth mode, "Ve are going to go und hide. Ja, Franz?"

Not..... Part... Of... The... Plan........

Skittles was holding Frankie up OFF THE GROUND! "AY AY AYYYYYYYY! YOUS PUTS ME DOWN!" Arms flailing and lungs crushing...... ughhh.

While he was getting the air squeezed out of him, at least he had the sense to snag some of them colorful balloons from Skittles ballon pouch there. Skittles couldn't possibly notice right? Wasn't he too busy cutting off air supply for Frankie?

Ah yes, Cups.　Mr. Balloons had let him out of his box earlier in the day. It was Cups' fault that he had misplaced his GLORIOUS silver pump to blow up his balloons.　Sure, he could do things the magical way, but there was just something about using the muggle device that made the experience MUCH more joyful!

"Hide? We is not playin' hide and seek. Ya' know? Unless ya' kin dig some uh dese lovely children t'join us dat is!" Now wouldn't that be fun? A giant game of hide and go seek?!

Mr. Balloons gave the man in his arms another tight squeeze. "No," he said calmly as he snuggled him some more. Love...joy...FRIEEEENDSHIP!

Then, he was struck with an idea.

"HARK! Would ya' likes t'play wid us?"

He was talking about hide and go seek of course.

Hand trembling with rage, he fixed his eyes on his wife. "Walk. Away. Now," he said through gritted teeth. "I will follow." And just maybe, no one would have to die today.

Adriana was NOT. IMPRESSED. Not impressed with Victor whatsoever. She should have just left him at home with the puppy and kitten. Today probably would have gone a lot smoother if she just came by herself or with her girls.

She flashed her husband a "you're dead meat" look before looking at the man kind enough to give them a balloon. "You'll have to excuse my bully of a husband. I, unlike him, appreciate the balloon. Thank you very much, Mr. Balloon man," she smiled.

With a parting wave to the man, she turned and stormed away from Victor. Yeah. He was sleeping with his dog in the doghouse tonight.

Schwachkopf heard that Mr. Balloons had found him and was in a panic. Why did he have to find him? In desperation he put his hands up to cover his face.... there was no way that Mr. Balloons could see him if he was behind his hands. It was, all in all, a good plan. What could possibly be wrong with it. Until Mr. Balloons asked if he wanted to play hide and go seek, "HIDE UND SEEK? JA VE GO NOW! Mr. Balloons ve play now.... ve play now!!!!!"

A grin spread across the Slytherin's face as he ~~got sidetracked~~ made his way towards the festivities. So much to see, so much to do! Stopping by a few vendors he got himself some food to quell the ever grumbling tummy and a drink to chase off the heat. Preoccupied, his feet found its way towards a less crowded part of the area, pausing by an empty stage and a girl gazing up at it. He eyed the girl, then the stage, then back at the girl....

"Well go on, take the mic and let the world hear your heart's song."

Stella had pretty much decided invading the stage wasn't going to happen, especially as she really wasn't sure that was the idea she wanted to present to possible schoolmates before she started the new term. At a new school, even if it was Hogwarts and she'd always wanted to go there. She'd always known first impressions were important, after all. odds were people wouldn't necessarily appreciate a random Shakespeare recitiation, especially at a carnival. Although, it seemed her idea that nobody had even noticed her was shattered as she heard a voice nearby.

Turning slightly, she raised an eyebrow at the statement, not so much at the boy who had made it. Although the air about him made her think it might be a good idea to not completely shoot down his idea. Like having him on her side might be good. "I can't say the world would hear my heart's song anyway," she said with a smile, before pulling off another little piece of her candyfloss and popping it into her mouth. May as well start things off on the right foot, even though it was certainly the oddest introduction ever. At least they wouldn't have to worry about how to start a conversation. Besides, she wouldn't even say she knew what she would have done if she had gotten up on the stage, other than that it most likely wouldn't be singing. That needed more of a comfort situation.

Fee Was walking to the Main Stage,she heard there would be a cool show soon.To get acceptable places for her and Hugo the blonde got there a little early.Better early than late.Arriving she sat down on a seat in the second last row.From up her you had a great view and no heads would get in the way.

Placing her back in her lap the Slytherin waited for her boyfriend.She was sooo excited to see him again,they had been seperated for weeks and Fee definitey wasnt used to that anymore.The last two summers they had been together non stop.But oh well soon he would be here and she could hug and kiss him as much as she wanted.Hehe.

Blake walked towards the main stage with a grin on his face. Early when Rex told them what their "mission" was he was a bit nervous, but now he was anything but! Blake was so excited to go undercover and get all the dark magic trinkets they were giving to children. He'd bring tons of them back to the department and become the hero. He walked around and saw that people were busy chatting away. Well he needed to play some games to win some of these prizes. Eh, why not shout? That usually solves everything, right?

"Well, hello there good citizens," Lies. The real citizens are good, but the people who are actually helping run this carnival are bad. They are giving dark magic trinkets to the children! And Blake will be the one to stop them, well him and the rest of the volunteers from his department, but that is beside the point! "Could one of you... You carnivally people take me to a game so that I can win little trinkets as prizes?" The look he gave them was not a "can you" look it was more of a "you will" look.

AND cue undercover spy music.

Kana finally gave in and came towards the main stage area, out of curiosity. There didn't seem to be much of anything going on at the moment, but sh was certain SOMETHING was bound to happen...

Being summer, Kana could not wear her usual black hoodie. That plus the heat meant Kit was not with her this time, as she had been during her first year shopping. Kannalynne wore a black tee-shirt that left her pale arms exposed, much to her discomfort, and dark skinny jeans. She would wear a tee-shirt, but she would NOT wear shorts or a skirt, or even capris. NO. On her feet were the usual black tennis shoes. The only thing about the girl that wasn't monochrome was her air, which had been dyed a bright neon red.

In her left hand, Kana had a small bag of the few things she had won or bought so far. The day was nearly over, so this seemed as good a place as any to stay for awhile until something else came to mind. Being quite the entertainer, Kana's mind was thinking of what she would do, were she up on the stage. But, perhaps, she was too tired for that...

A smirk tucked to side of his lips. A shy one was she? At least thats what he thought. "Well the world really wouldnt hear your heart's song if you aint gonna make it heard." he replied with a slight chuckle. He angled his head towards the mic then made his way up the stage, and hoisted himself onto it. He took to the mic and tapped it a few times with his finger, sounds echoing around the area. "Greet'ns everybody..." he started, raising a hand up as if on a campaign trail "Dont mean to interrupt your fun times, but allow me to introduce myself. My name is Salander and I'm an incoming 7th year in Hogwarts." He raised his hands at this as if to quell the audible adoration "Yes I know, its the most awesome school in the world, and really I can talk all day about why its so awesome and why the whole world should hear about it. But that isnt why I'm up hear today. If I may draw your attention to this young lady in front of the stage--" he gestured directly at the brunette "...yes right here-- her heart is just bursting with so much joy to share to the world-- her heart's song. But she needs.... some encouragement. So please everybody, lets put our hands together and give a warm English welcome for Ms--" and he trails off, handing the mic closer to her face. Hehehe gotta speak into the mic now.
