2015: Meet lemon

[lemon]

Once upon a time, in a land roughly two hours from here depending on traffic, a loony lady named Lemon (not really) was born. That's ME, the mod y'all get to interrogate this month.

I moderate the Knockturn Alley RPG Forum, a place to roleplay any and every plot that could possibly cross your brain, even if you aren't sorted yet! This is the only out-of character position I hold, as most of my Snitchseeker time has been spent on the sitewide RPGs, in which I've been participating since Term 29. In the Hogwarts RPG, I've roleplayed a Gryffindor Quidditch Captain and a writer for the yearbook; aside from a student character, I also play a member of the Hogwarts Board of Governors, the Gringotts Wizarding Bank Manager, and the Minister of Magic.

Outside the interwebz, I'm a student residing in the good ol' USA. When I'm not studying, I'm usually reading, writing, or hanging out on Tumblr with my family. I have a tiny black schnauzer named Mickey who has been with me for seven years. My first character on here was a die-hard Gryffindor, but I'm a Ravenclaw to the core, and my one true love is math. I know, I know, don't laugh.

HI I MISS YOU TOO, AND I'LL BE BACK BEFORE YOU KNOW IT.

1. No. Lie.
2. It's the best! I love modding a place where literally everyone onsite can play. The creativity in KA knows no boundaries, and since I have to read all the roleplays to mod them, that is super lucky for me. Couldn't ask for a better forum!
3. Never, not in a million bazillion years, would I play Alice differently. I dislike a bunch of things about her, but she isn't ME. All those traits of hers I hate are the ones that make her unique, so nope. Nope nope nope.
4. Uh... why NOT lemons? I can squeeze juice in the eyes of my enemies. Mwahahaha.
5. Math is SO BEAUTIFUL. It's universal. The same in every language! What could be prettier?

Ummm, potatoes are pretty cool. You can eat 'em so many different ways, and each one is yummy to my tummy. I pick those, yes.

Hi! This is a super tough question, but I THINK I narrowed it down.

1. It's so realistic, even with the magical aspects and all. The way that JKR incorporates topics like discrimination, corruption, etc. into the universe makes it very appealing to me. It's not sugar-coated like many fictional worlds are these days, which pleases me (weird, I know).
2. I love that the sports aren't gender separated. I'm very equal rights and all, so this Quidditch concept is just a thing that makes me adore the books 373793x more.
3. UM IDK about anyone else, but my favorite thing by far is that people can get food without getting up. Accio pizza. This will forever be the best. If you do not agree, you are wrong.

1. Considering I didn't know there were different types... I must say no.

4. It just diiid! I met it when I was a baby, and I guess I got too attached. The numbers and graphs and funky symbols wooed me.
5. They just flop over on themselves, but I guess they stick up when he's listening closely or something. I think schnauzers are adorable no matter WHAT. My doggy has my heart.

1. Orange? Vaguely? Specifically, it's an orangey-pinkish coral color. So pretty!
2. Gosh. I have contemplated this question for many hours and I have no idea. To be honest, I'm very concerned with self-preservation, and I'm a huge chicken. I'm thinking armadillo. Maybe a turtle. Something with a shell good for hiding.

1. Mulan Mulan Mulan. Spunk and feminism at it's finest, okay.
2. I'm studying civil engineering, specifically structural. So much work, but so funnn.
3. I have NO IDEA. It depends on the type of character I next play. I think I''d choose to head to Slytherin because of a few reasons right now, but I definitely want to go to Hufflepuff as well!

1. I suppose this changes based on what you count as siblings, so depends!
2. I'm not sure I HAVE one. I do have a pet, though, so I'll cop out and say schnauzers.
3. Any Snitchseeker Hogwarts school forum, because the school RPG is my loooove.
4. I am super fond of the Big Bang Theory, Castle, and Friends (old, I know, but those reruns are still my life).

1. I think I'd want to be Amelia Bones (pre-death, of course), just because of her awesome job. Being part of the Wizengamot and the head of the DMLE sounds like a great occupation, which I would definitely like a lot.
2. I DO NOT KNOW OMG. I hate Umbridge, but maybe Lucius Malfoy. I hate people who pick a side and go back to the winners when the ones they were betting on end up losing. At least Umbridge stayed with her cause all the way through, okay?

4. I wish I could change Fred Weasley's death; it's always going to be a killer. More than any other death scene in the series, that one hits me in my gut.

Hi! I have a very obvious favorite character of mine, I think, and she's the first character I made here on Snitchseeker. Her name is Alice Fischer, and she was a Gryffindor Quidditch Captain onsite. 1. I usually like stuff that's on the quieter side with nice acoustics, which leads me to cover artists more often than not. My favorite song changes too much, but right NOW, I cannot stop listening to Sam Tsui's a cappella cover of Bad Blood by Taylor Swift. So good!

Hi there!

SS isn't all just roleplaying for me; onsite, I want to leave time to read other people's RPs, talk to members, and participate in out-of-character portions of the site, too. I have a lot of work in real life, so I have to be pretty careful about finding a balance. Above all, the most crucial thing for me is saying no to people who want to RP if I just don't have the time. I promise that I'll play with them when I'm less busy, and of course I follow up on that, but SSers are the most understanding people ever. No one's ever going to be upset with anybody for sparing them a laggy RP, you know?
