100 drabbles for the Ravenclaw, Dorian Katharos - Sa13+ Hello~! I'm Linds and these are the Drabbles for my Ravenclaw student, Dorian Katharos. I'll mention other characters sometimes and will give full credit to that user in the drabble. Disclaimer: The Harry Potter universe is not mine but owned and created by JK.Rowling. Prompts Done: 5/100 1. Herbology 2. Muggle Studies 3. Transfiguration 4. Ancient Runes 5. Astronomy 6. Divination 7. Care of Magical Creatures 8. Potions 98. Pajamas It was nearing midnight but Dorian sat on the stairs wearing his pajamas, listening to the conversation between his father and grandfather.”He’ll be fine at Hogwarts, Daichi, don’t worry” he heard his grandfather say. Dorian frowned. Why wouldn’t he be fine? He didn’t hear his father reply and took a careful step down. The stair creaked under his weight and not waiting another second he left his hiding spot and went in to his room just at the moment his father entered the hallway to check. ”Get back to bed, Dorian” he heard and got under the covers. ”I am!” |
25. The Sorting Hat "Katharos, Dorian!" The eleven year old sat down on the stool and the Sorting Hat was placed on his head as it fell over his eyes. “Another Katharos! But you’re not really a Katharos” “ I know , i know” Dorian said dismissively. Adopted or not, he was a Katharos now. “Let’s see… Curious, loyal. Quick wit. A sense of morality as well“ Dorian tapped the stool with his finger as he waited. “impatient as well” the Hat chuckled. “Ravenclaw!” “No! i wanted Ravencl—OH! “ he beamed as he took of the Hat. HIS FATHER HAD LOST THE BET! |
15. Room Sitting at the kitchen table, Dorian poked the beans with a fork but this time he wasn’t told to eat. A tension could be felt in the room had he chosen to take note of it. ”He’s a Slytherin” his father said. ”I don’t know, son. I think he’s leaning to the Ravenclaw side” What even did that mean? ”What’s a Slyth---“ he was ignored as the two made a bet. Dorian shook his head ”Betting is wrong” he said and slid off the chair to leave. ”finish your dinner, Dorian” He groaned as he got back to his seat. |
78. Flower "How do you do that?" Dorian was surrounded by kids his age, some even a year or two older than him, at the playground. "I-i don't know..." he said flustered as he looked down at his hand. A small flower was levitating in the air. "It's like magic!" a girl with pig tails said enthusiastically. "Don't be stupid, it's obviously a trick like those magicians do on television" a boy snapped. But Dorian knew he that it wasn't a trick as he had no clue what he was doing. Perhaps his fathers could explain to him. |
60. Joke "DAD! DAAAAD! look what i can do!" Dorian ran in to the kitchen as fast as he could. "What's the rush?" Andy asked as he and Daichi sat down at the table. Dorian didn't wait and opened his hand. The flower wasn't levitating at the moment and the child frowned. "It levitated earlier, i swear!" Andy laughed thinking it was a joke but Daichi was frowning. Andy ruffled the boy's hair, getting up to leave when Dorian shouted. "LOOK!" The flower finally levitated again. "I knew it!" Daichi shouted excitedly but Dorian's other father was as white as a sheet. |
40. Spell Credit: Rylee Prichard - Kolyander Red in the face, Dorian had his wand pointed at the stones below the bridge as he was trying to use a non-verbal spell. "What are you doing?" The second year lost his concentration and he groaned. "You distracted me" he accused. "i'm trying to summon one of those stones" He tried and failed again. "Can you do accio?" Rylee asked. "Yes" Dorian lied and instantly felt bad for lying. "i don't know why its not working now" he pocketed his wand back inside his robe and turned to the Gryffindor. "Maybe you should try something smaller like....this flower hairclip!" |
9. Defence Against the Dark Arts He did not like this one bit. He knew that Defence Against the Dark Arts was supposed to be scary, learning about dark creatures and curses. But being stuck inside a dark room was NOT what he had signed up for. Dorian shrieked as he heard a noise come from somewhere behind him and he whirled around, flailing his arms and legs in order to defend himself. Wand? What wand? His fist came in contact with the source and the third year screamed. "I WANT OUT! GET ME OUT OF HERE, PLEASE!" he was SO done with this lesson. |
