For those who belong in Hufflepuff House, in the middle of the Great Hall is where your table awaits. Gold banners containing an embroidered black badger float above the polished table in honour of the loyal Helga Hufflepuff. Already placed on the tables are silver plates with accompanying cutlery and goblets. All that is missing right now are the mountains of food and pitchers containing your favourite beverages.
Though your stomach might be growling as you take a seat on one of the long benches next to the table, it is important to not get hangry -- gnawing your arm away or jabbing your fork repeatedly on the surface of the table will do no good whatsoever. Give everyone some time to get settled in and wait for Headmaster Winterbottom to deliver his speech. Keep yourself preoccupied by catching up with your fellow housemates or those who are visiting from the other tables until it is time to sink your teeth into the hearty and delicious meal prepared by the house-elves.

His FINAL Feast at Hogwarts!
Jude hardly dared to believe that seven years had gone by so quickly yet here he was, ready to graduate and take on the world. WADA and moving in with Davet were two of the highlights of his near future. The only downside about his leaving Hogwarts was that he'd be leaving Keighley behind.
How exactly was he feeling right now? A tinge of sadness mixed mainly with anticipation. That anticipation had to do with him wanting to have a good time with his Housemates this evening. Speaking of which... where were they? They all needed to celebrate Hufflepuff winning the House Cup!

Was this really going to be his last feast at Hogwarts? Dafydd knew that this day would come, but he couldn't believe that it was already here. His emotions were mixed about this. While he was ecstatic about Hufflepuff winning the House Cup and being moments away from being a Hogwarts graduate, there was a fair amount of melancholy that he was feeling. Hogwarts had been a home away from home for seven years. Whether or not he'd ever step in the corridors of the castle any time soon was something only Seers would know.
Despite the mixed rollercoaster of feelings, he made his appearance in the Great Hall, making sure that he was one of the first to take his place at the student tables. Instantly his gaze fell on the boy he had shared a dorm with all these years. Before plopping next to him, he gave Jude a clap on the back.
"We did it, mate!" There was a bit of a pause before he spoke again. "Not to make the waterworks start or anything, but remember when we were just first years running around here? We used to be so stupid," he reminisced with a chuckle.
A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.
Daniel had a different vibe around him since he had turned seventeen in June. The fact that he could now use magic outside of school without the Ministry breathing down his neck had made him eager to return home for the holidays for the first time. Mostly because he couldn't wait to cast a hex on his brother, Minjae, after years of being his 'target' for pranks.
He placed his book down on the table and sat on the bench near the two graduates. [B] "Congratulations on graduating, you two" he said before looking over at the staff table. He hoped the Headmaster wasn't going to take too long, he hadn't eaten anything since breakfast just for this moment.
This had been a very good year, probably the best year of Brandon's life so far. And Brandon was sad that it was pausing. Not that he'd admit to it. He didn't want to lose the seventh years he liked. He... he didn't want to go home. But he didn't say so, because he hated to admit that he had feelings. Instead, he took a quiet seat near Jude."Where are you going to go after this?" Hopefully somewhere good, right? On to something even better?

The end of term was a bit bittersweet this time around. Summers were nice, especially considering her birthday was in August and she'd finally be allowed to do magic outside of school. It was disappointing that she wouldn't be able to for the first part of the summer like so many of her classmates, but it was what it was.
That wasn't the "bitter" part of "bittersweet" though.
The end of term also meant the last year that she and her sister Daisy would be in school together, since Daisy had been accepted into a music-focused school for next year. And Kayla was immensely proud of her, and she wanted her sister to do what was best for her. But even so, she would miss her. They'd been in the same year since they had begun schooling, so it felt very strange that next year, their final year before university and official adulthood, they would be separated.
Despite this feeling though, Kayla arrived at the feast with no intention of letting any of that cloud (pun not intended) this event. It was best to live in the present for now.
She seated herself near Jude, Dafydd, Daniel, and Brandon, offering a smile to them all. "Congrats on your graduation, both of you," she said to the two seventh years. She, too, was curious about what they intended to do after leaving, so she was glad Brandon had already asked the question.

It was the end of term and for some of her peers like Jude and Dafyyd and others it'd be there last with was sad. It was with feelings, but mostly happiness that Maria entered the great hall to celebrate Hufflepuff's house cup win, and of course that she could now title herself as girlfriend. Girlfriend just thinking about it made Maria lift her dark gaze to look over to the lion table to see if she could catch a glimpse of Kion. Kion was now her boyfriend, and it was amazing. She had been so over the moon when he had asked her on their Hogsmeade date.
As she came up to the table Maria took a seat near Jude, Dafydd, Daniel, Kayla, and Brandon offering wide bright smiles all around "Hi everyone! We did it, we won the house cup! Isn't it fantastic?"

End of term feast. While it was a happy time, it was also a sad time. A large portion of those she was closest with were graduating. This of course was normal and happened each year but this time it hurt more. Four of them were family. One being.. Jude.
Keighley had already warned herself not to cry. Tears now would not be good. She knew if she cried it would make Jude cry and yeah… the two of them in complete waterworks would be a disaster. So it was with as bright of a smile as she could plaster onto her face that she made a beeline straight for the table of bronze and yellow.
Her bottom finding a spot directly on the other side of her big brother, both of her arms wrapping around his. "Heeeeey, Juuuuuuuude," the blonde sang softly to him as she always did, her head finding his shoulder. "Hello, everyone. Ready for summer?" She was but she also wasn't.

While Jude had been awaiting his housemates, Minnie Mouse had stopped by with a present for him. While he had not expected any, he definitely was over the moon about it; especially after he saw all the pictures of Davet. UGH! His boyfriend had been a cutie as an ickle and had continued to age this way! Even the few embarrassing ones that Minnie Mouse had managed to get her hands on were endearing. The first thing he was going to do when he got home was to find Davet and tease him about those particular photos. The Puff had given Mouse a hug and thanked her; there was even the promise of them hanging out during the summer. Indeed it warmed his heart that she too would continue to be a constant presence in his life.
There was an all too familiar face! A face that had been around for seven years; a face that belonged to one of Jude’s closest friends. “We did it!’’ came an enthusiastic echo in Welsh. Yes, with Daf, he always deferred to the boys’ home language. Jude snorted. “Please. I don’t recall ever being stupid! I don’t think you ever grew out of your silly phase.” Grinning, he added, “Certainly going to miss being dormmies though.” Heck, he was going to miss seeing Daf’s pretty boy face every day.
It came as no surprise to see Daniel set a book down on the table; it signaled the arrival of Hufflepuff’s resident bookworm. “Thanks, Daniel! Hope you have a great seventh year next year!’’ Sensing another presence on his other side, Jude turned his attention to Brandon and was immediately thinking about Ash. He wished he could be around longer to help Brandon through Hogwarts. Then there was Kayla joining them too. “Thanks, Kayla! It's gonna be WADA for me!’’ Was the seventh year’s happy response. “Had my auditions last year. Both my older sister and I were successful in securing spots there. Please tell Ash I say ‘hi’, yeah? I miss her.” He’d miss Brandon too! “Got anything planned for the next few months, either of you?” the young man asked, looking from the first year to the sixth year.
FINALLY there was someone - Maria - verbally as thrilled as he was regarding the House Cup! “IT’S EPIC!’’ GOOOOO, HUFFLEPUFF!!! “We all did a proper job this term!” Well, they did every term but this one was special. Jude was so proud of his Housemates.
Keighley wanting to cry was understandable. The sibling pair were always so close that it was a tragedy they would not be sharing any more Hogwarts adventures together. But they would be sharing other life adventures shortly! Jude had already confided in Davet that they needed to have an apartment with at least one guest room; a guest room which would be mainly for Keigh. “Hiiii, Keigh!” He booped her head with his. “You know I’m ready for all the things! Especially for our ice cream dates!”

Hamish had left his human to her own devices walking down to the end of term feast, the small owl on a mission from her. Flapping his wings, he made his way to the table of the yellow house in search of a certain 7th year that was his target. Upon finding the boy surrounded by other members of his house, the owl landed nearby, giving a soft hoot to get Jude’s attention. Two small pieces of parchment tied to his leg containing the following note and schedule.

Amidst chattering with his Housemates and snuggles with his sister, it had completely slipped his attention that there was an owl in the midst of the Great Hall. He hadn’t even noticed its arrival at the Hufflepuff table until the hoot grabbed his attention. “Hallo, you!’’ For a moment, Jude was bewildered. Surely the owl hadn’t come to deliver those parchments to him? Only… it was staring at him. Carefully, the young man removed the parchment pieces then took a moment to drown out the chatter to read the words.
Said words left him in a huge pile of mush, and he already made up his mind that he’d be keeping these slips of parchment forever. There was no doubt that he’d be contacting Professor Gert about certain aspects of Astronomy, especially since he planned to incorporate them into his concerts in the future. As for these meteor showers, Jude would definitely be taking the time to view each of them. He would even send Gert some pictures from his viewing. After folding the parchments neatly and slipping them into his pockets, he gazed towards the Staff table in hopes of catching Gert’s eye. He mouthed ‘thank you’ to her when it happened.
As if he wasn’t drowning in enough feels already, Winterbottom’s speech about this being the graduates’ last evening at the Castle really hit him in the heart.

Usually Desiree felt rather excited about the end of the term feast. That meant summer was almost here, and summer meant shopping in Diagon Alley, the annual Marchand family trip to France, and lots of fun with family and friends. This term the excitement was still there, but it was tinged with prude at her fellow Hufflepuffs winning the house cup and sadness at her friends leaving. It was going to be so weird coming back next term without Jude and so many others!
She arrived sporting a yellow and black flower crown in honor of Hufflepuff's house cup victory and sat down near Maria. "Hi, everyone!" She greeted her housemates with a smile and a very princessy wave. "How about that house cup win?" How long had it been since Hufflepuff won the cup? Before she got here, for sure! Maybe her mum or dad would remember. She'd have to ask them when she got home!
Her blue eyes flicked toward Jude and Dafydd. "Congratulations, you two!" She said. She reached into her bag and pulled out two small plates of freshly baked yellow and black macarons. "Here's a little graduation present. They're butterscotch and chocolate flavors." She had plenty more in her bag for her graduating friends in other houses, but she'd get to those after dinner. She was starving!

Keighley was holding back ALLLLLLL of the tears. So far so good, yes? She could could do this. All she had to do was make it through the feast and she would be in the clear. Any crying that she needed to do could come afterwards. Well I know you're ready, Jude. You have tons happening this summer." She smiled softly at her brother. Had he said ice cream dates? He did. The blonde nodded. "More than before?" Him moving out meant they had to have more of these dates now, right?
Desiree got a warm smile and wave from her. "I'm loving that flower crown!" It was nice not being the only one sporting flowers constantly, even though she wasn't right now.
Aaww, look at the cute little owl that came to visit their table! Keigh gave the owl a tiny pat when it stopped by Jude. Eyeing her brother curiously seeing as to how he was getting notes at the feast. What is this all about big brother?!
Annnnnnd don't you dare cry, Jude Anders! No tears, please!

Mhmm. Jude could tell that Keighley wanted to cry but he wouldn't let her. Nope, not on his final night here! He was going to ensure that she enjoyed it as much as she did. Jude wouldn’t say no to her crying her eyes out when she was about to return to Hogwarts for her sixth year and he was off to WADA tho. “That’s true,’’ Jude conceded. “But that ‘tons’ includes plans with you too!’’ There would not be any other way! He felt that he needed to reassure her because instincts told him that Keigh wasn’t just upset about him graduating alone; she was also upset because of him moving out of the Anders’ house. “As much as time will allow! You’re going to be there at the dance classes this year too, yeah?” And… “Wanna watch a meteor shower with me sometime?” Excitement was lighting up his eyes at the prospect of all those showers that awaited him.
“Did you make me a flower crown too, Desiree?” Those were the first words out of his mouth the moment he saw his fashionable little friend. Because flower crowns were the best! Not to mention this guy looked cute wearing them. “Hard work really does pay off,’’ he continued happily with regard to the House Cup. “One of the best graduation presents EVER!” Jude grinned. “Thanks, Desiree! Going to miss you and those outfits of yours, but write to me on occasion, okay?”
Macarons! “These look really good! Thank you!’’ Jude took a plate. Ugh. He needed to resist the urge to devour these. For now, he took one before nudging the plate towards Keigh. Yep, he was sharing.

Jude couldn't recall being a stupid first year? Dafydd rolled his eyes. He certainly remembered their silly little antics when they were younger. As his dormmate continued speaking, he couldn't help but laugh. "Mhhm. Right. Because we all know I'm the silliest one out of the two of us."
But you know what wasn't silly in comparison to the teasing they were doing to each other? The fact that the two of them weren't going to be dormmates after tomorrow really hit him in the feels. "At this rate, mate, we might as well get an apartment together," he commented in return. But, because he apparently still hadn't gotten out of his silly phase, he added with a smirk, "I mean, I don't think I can ever go on not sleeping in the same room together." Such a ridiculous statement that was. He knew that they would still see plenty of each other out there in the world beyond Hogwarts.
"Thanks!" he replied cheerfully to Daniel, Desiree, and Kayla. Keighley, Brandon, and Maria each got waves the moment they arrived. It truly was a nice way to end off his time with Hogwarts, surrounded by the housemates he had gotten to know so well over the years.
Then many things seemed to happen in rapid succession: an owl fluttered its way to Jude, Winterbottom was wasting no time getting the speech out of the way, and Desiree had revealed the plates of macarons. "Des, you shouldn't have!" He would definitely be helping himself to those, after having a proper plate of food first of course.
