*Madame Rowena is carrying a load of books in her arms and her purple eagle feather quill is sticking out astry in her bun. Her red classes are slipping off the edge of her nose but she still manages a smile as she heaves the load of books onto the study tables in the library. The students look at her expectantly*

"Hello students! I've set up this new service to help aid you in your lessons and classes. I state this openly and from the very beginning that I am not an expert at all the subject that you may be studying. But I have an immense knowledge on the types of literature and sources that you will need when studying these topics.

In these tutorial sessions I would like you to express what you are having problems with and I will find the best sources for you to use so that the books can act as a tutor for you. I will answer as many questions as my knowledge will allow but I can recommend the best resources that will aid you to overcome the struggle you may be having with your classes. These tutorial sessions will allow students to help with other students with their studies, because there is a certain understanding gained when one is taught by their peers. I will always be here to help and guide and provide any extra sources you may need in your pursuit for excellence.

Well, enough talk everybody lets get to work in pulling your marks up!"

*Madame Rowena sits down at a table and begins arranging her supplies to begin the Tutorial Book Find*

"Also, before I forget I've set up a drink station where you can help yourself to warm ginger and chocolate cookies and thick hot chocolate made from melted honeyduke bars. All this studying can make one very cold, and the last thing we want is for you to get sick of studying"

*The students sitting at the tables snicker at Madame Rowena's silly remark*

*Walks up to the table*

Hi, madame Rowena. I was wondering if you could help me with my Potions Class. It seems that I can never get any potion to thicken even though I have done every step correctly and in order. So my questions are these: Does the type of cauldron affect your potions, and Does it matter which supplier you get your potion ingredients from?

*Waits for Madame Rowena to find a book....*

"Well secret_garden32000, the thickness of your potion depends on a variety of factors. Sometimes the type of cauldron you have affects the viscosity of the brew, though; it's not the largest factor. Usually it is the quality of the ingredients that you use for some ingredients tend to loose their potency after a long time sitting on a shelf so when you go to use it in your brew, it's not working at its full potential. A good book to help with your problem is 1-2-3 Thicken!-A Guide to Potion Coagulation," says Madame Rowena with assurance.
