Isla had waited patiently long enough. Good ole MF was busy being a saint and helping the others up. Isla sort of thought it'd be fun to swim your way out of the pit, but what did she know? She was still up on the beam. He would need help getting out of there if he didn't start the battle!

Also, GREAT. Claudine had flown the coop, so to speak, leaving Isla with very few supporters on the Slytherin side. She could hear the battle cries for the lions echoing around her. Lil Trent...BIG MOUTH.

MF was still trying to help Bernie out the pit, but she ended up doing it all by herself. Was he ready for battle yet? And why was she still waiting around on the enemy? Then suddenly, breaking through the battle cries for Gryffindor, Isla heard the sound of her Head-of-House egging her on. Whack him?! "YES, SIR!" she called back.

...just as soon as MF climbed on to the beam.

Well, nope, it wasn't a draw. The headmaster had just said the point went to Gryffindor, so that meant they won! But Morgan still helped Claudine out of the foam pit because maybe he knew one or two things about being a gentleman or a good sport or something like that.

He could hear the cheers of his adoring crowd and he eagerly climbed onto the beam after Isla did, but facing her. Could they just... go whenever?

"RAWR!" It was a lion battle cry! And Morgan went charging towards her, crouching down at the last moment to THWACK her across the knees.

Seriously? He thought he could just go from being Saint Morgan and helping people up to THIS?! Oh, no! She was prepared for battle, and a battle it would be! He did, in fact, thwack her on the knees, but what he didn't realize is that Isla had been a dancer for yeeeeeeeeeeeears before she arrived at Hogwarts, and balance beams were her thing. She spun around in a little dance move before turning back around to face him.

Okay, so she'd showed out ONCE, but she wouldn't be doing that again. Now that he'd seen her, he'd likely plan to hit her mid-turn, and she couldn't have that. "ARGHHHHH!" she called out, just before returning his thwack to the knees with one of her own. "How 'bout we even up that score, hmm?"

She...literally SHE...was responsible for Gryffindor's first point, and there was no way she was going to let them have another one. Morgan McCarthy was going IN. THAT. PIT.
