Minjae had debated whether or not to take Noah with him as he went out to explore the dungeons in order to find the Slytherin Common Room. His fascination with how the other rooms looked like became even more apparent as it was slowly turning in to an obsession. He MUST know how to get in BEFORE he graduated! It was a goal. But in the end, the Hufflepuff decided to go alone.

He soon regretted his decision of not taking his friend with him because the problem was, he had no idea where the entrance was. The only thing that the Hufflepuff knew was that it was somewhere in the dungeons. The fifth year had followed one of the Slytherin first years yesterday after dinner but the moment he had been around the corner she had vanished. Minjae looked around the dimly lit place he wasn't standing and scratched his head. Was it somewhere around here? The whole place was like a maze and it was starting to confuse him. Looking at the brick walls from top to bottom, the teenager began to tap on random ones.

"What in the name of Merlin's underpants are you doing?"

For someone who was a completely untalented Potioneer, Józef had been spending a lot of time in the lab so far this term. He wasn't studying for the NEWT, however, just practicing a few basic remedies that would help in day to day life. The fact that he'd even managed to scrape an A in his OWL was down to Jade's help, and maybe part of him was hoping he'd see her on his trips to the lab. Or Babs. Maybe he wanted to see them both.

Either way, it was on his way back from the lab that he spotted the boy tapping on the stone walls. And Józef couldn't help but think that the Hufflepuff looked absolutely ridiculous. What was he expecting to find? Diagon Alley?

It seemed that tapping the bricks did not gain him entry to the Slytherin common room and he was very disappointed. Or perhaps he wasn't standing in the right place and it was the opposite wall?

Turning around, Minjae lifted his fist in the air before quickly lowering it and holding it behind his back when he heard a voice. Looking over, he sighed in relief when he saw that it was a Gryffindor and not one of the Slytherin or their Head of House. "What does it look like i'm doing?" he asked back as he turned to the brick wall again and pushed one of the bricks. Oh come on! Why wasn't it working?!

Leaning against the wall, Józef eyed the other boy. Yes, he'd seen him put his wand behind his back - was he planning to start tapping the opposite wall? The one where he was currently leaning?

His amusement was evident by the upturn of the corner of his mouth, although the boy may have missed it as he'd turned back to the wall and tried.... pushing it? Did he know it was, quite literally, made of stone? Heavy stone, probably reinforced with magic, that had held up a castle for hundreds of years?

"It looks like you think you're heading to Diagon Alley."

This brick? no...maybe this one? also no.

Scratching the back of his head, Minjae was on the edge of giving the stone wall a kick but that would mean he would only hurt himself. Unless the secret entrance to the Slytherin Common Room was a kick to the right brick???

But before he could do such a thing , the Gryffindor guy had spoken and instead he turned to face him with a raised eyebrow. "Uh, no....i'm trying to find the Slytherin Common Room" he said honestly but that did not matter at this very moment. "But there's a secret passage way here that leads to Diagon Alley?" he asked before he stepped closer to him , his eyes slightly bigger with excitement cause SECRET PASSAGEWAYS! "Where?"

There was so much to Hogwarts he still hadn't discovered yet!

Really, Józef should have expected this answer. How many hours had he whiled away in this part of the school, searching for where he'd thought he belonged? Admittedly, though, he had been in first year, a hurt eleven year old placed into his wrongful house.

Not that he believed that anymore, but it was beside the point. This boy certainly didn't look like a guillible first year. "Why? The love of your life live there?" he quipped, one eyebrow raised. Jó wasn't judging - if the kid wanted to surprise a Slytherin with his presence, a gift or whatever, then good for him.

However, a moment later, he was judging. Judging hard, even if he tried not to show that on his face. Remaining serious with a slightly glimmer of mischief in his eyes, Jó nodded. "Oh, yeah. You know the spare office on the sixth floor? If you press the floor under the teachers desk in the right place, you can go to Diagon."
