"Dude , hurry up" he called as he speed walked as fast as he could through the lower floor corridors , passing the kitchen. As a Hufflepuff, the fifth year knew his way around here since his common room was nearby as well. Was it suspicious that he as a Hufflepuff was going there when it wasn't his House's turn to do the laundry? Probably. Did he care? No.

Stopping in front of the closed door, the teenager pushed it open a tiny bit to peer inside but as far as he could see, there wasn't anyone in the room ...unless they were behind something...

Minjae turned his head to look at Noah. "Ok what do we say if we get caught somehow?" he asked. Not everyone would be fooled if he wore Gryffindor robes. If they could even find one that is...

Noah had never done anything SUPER rebellious. He was just Noah... Followed the rules to the t and all but ever since he had met a couple of Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors... He found himself being led astray. Did he mind? Not exactly. It was rather exhilarating sneaking around and plotting. It was exhilarating. The boy enjoyed the adrenaline rush associated with it.

Noah shook his head at Minjae when he asked what would happen if they got caught somehow. "Relax. It's Gryffindor's term. I am a Gryffindor, remember?" he said, giving his mate a pat on the back before entering the room. "Besides we need to 'borrow' a uniform so that we can finish that video you were working on, right?" he turned around to face Minjae, offering him a wink. "A video for academic purposes, y'know."

The Gryffindor then turned around to analyze the room. Now... "I wonder if they have spares?"

"Video?" Minjae repeated as he looked at Noah's back as he entered the laundry room first. The Hufflepuff walked in after him and closed the door behind him."I'm not working on any video?" he said but then "Oh!"'d when he caught Noah's wink. "Riiight! For academic purposes. Nice one!" Who wouldn't believe he was doing something for academic purposes?

Minjae had never done his own laundry before. Not at school as he handed over his clothes to the house elves on the days it should be cleaned nor at his own house where the maids usually took care of it. So when he entered the room, he couldn't help but look around and was ....very disappointed.

"Hey! look at this" he said as he walked over to one of the wash tubes and picked up one of the boards. "Isn't this used for making food?" he asked as he thought about cheese shredders.

Oh right. Spare robes.

Minjae stood up and looked around as well. "There are some robes over there" he said as he pointed to one of the hampers. "How do we know if they are clean though?" he asked. He didn't want to wear sweaty Gryffindor robes! Ew! "Rock paper scissors. Loser has to check"

Yes... See now Minjae was getting it... Yes. Just follow Noah's lead. He'd be able to talk people out of things. He paused, watching Minjae look about the room as if this was all new to him? Err.. Minjae had never done his own laundry? Interesting. Noah's laundry was one of his chores as a child growing up so he was quite familiar with several devices in him.

"Err... no... It does look similar but its for clothes," he said as he headed to where Minjae stood. This cheese grater item had many applications.

Noah glanced over to his right to see where Minjae was pointing. AH! Robes. Perfect. "Great spotting!" exclaimed Noah, ready to head over there but paused when Minjae offered a thought. How did they know they were clean? Noah stopped and turned back to Minjae, ready to play rock paper scissors. "Alright. I'm game. Ready. Rock, paper, scissors...." Noah was determined to use paper. "Shoot!" He revealed paper.

....."I knew that" he said as his ears went slightly red. He placed the washboard back in the washing bin and looked around "It does look really old school though" he said as he stood up straight and stared from the bin to Noah. "Maybe i should ask my father to help fund this place, give the house elves better tools to work with?" he muttered to himself as he picked up one of the sticks and swung it around like a beater's bat.

Oh? He was game? excellent! He tucked the stick under his left arm and stood in front of the Gryffindor. And as Noah revealed paper, Minjae had made a fist out of his hand which he quickly transformed in to scissors. "Good luck" he grinned as he took a step back and held his hands behind his back, pretending he had not just lost the game.

Noah nodded in agreement with Minjae's comment. It def. felt old school. "Yeah, it could use a 'glow up'," he admitted as he glanced around the room. Kinda reminded him of his grandparents laundry. Homey somewhat but could be modernized.

Wait... Had Minjae just.... Noah blinked several times, trying to replay the memory in his mind. "Strange... I thought you played a rock..." he muttered. He could have sworn that he had beaten Minjae. However, time was of the essence, and now was not the time to argue over who won or lost rock, paper, scissors... Hmm... "Right," nodded the Gryffindor and he went to work.

Now where would I be if I were a pile of laundry...? he chuckled at the thought as he headed around the room, searching for folded... OOH! Noah had identified a nice uniform that looked clean for Minjae. However, right NEXT to it... The boy snickered. He had found something better. Jackpot... "Minjae... I found some clothes but they're probably a little too short for you. Don't know how you feel about kilts per sey but I hear they're all the rage in Scotland...." he said, holding up a girl's uniform that he had found folded. And then Noah tried his hardest to keep a straight face. This would be his revenge for the slight of the hand that he thought he saw.

But his straight face would not last. Noah bit his lip, trying to prevent his lips from smiling upwards. It was no use. He burst into laughter, doubling over. "I'm kidding... but there's a uniform that would fit you behind me. And its clean..." Heh.

Minjae thought that Noah would protest more but was surprised that he only muttered his speculation on his slight of hand trick. He grinned as the Gryffindor had turned around to look for a clean robe that would fit him while Minjae waited, hands still clasps behind his back and rocking back and forth on his heels.

He started to whistle a tune until his friend turned around and Minjae knew immediately based on the expression on his face that he was taking revenge. So he HAD noticed? Well played dude. Looking at what Noah had in his hands, Minjae tried to keep a neutral face as well. He was EMBARRASSED but also did not want to show that he was so without a word he walked up to the Gryffindor, took the skirt from his hands, stepped inside and pulled it over his pants.

"On a scale of 10 to 10 how good do i look?" he laughed out loud as he posed as if he were a fashion model. Oh wait he had found a uniform? And it did look clean. "Is there a name inside?" he asked. Last thing they needed was one of the Gryffindors asking around for their robes...

Noah hadn't expected Minjae to flawlessly (and might I say flawlessly again?) slip into the skirt with the straightest of facial expressions. The boy did not break!? Noah was gaping. Mouth open. Eyes wide. Shocked. Surprised pikachu face.

And then his Hufflepuff friend was laughing and posing proudly. Well played man.. Well played. Noah slowly clapped, impressed by Minjae's boldness. No wonder the boy had almost been sorted into Gryffindor. He laughed with Minjae. "Fabulous. Absolutely fabulous," he said with an amused grin. He wanted to say that he looked somewhere between a 9 and a 9.75 buuuuut... "I'd say an... 8.9 but attitude at least a 12?" he teased.

"Umm..." he paused, glancing down at the name tag on the uniform. "I can't tell... it looks blurred?"
