Kitchen https://s26.postimg.cc/vyaxb8xp5/kitchen-banner.jpg Once you've tickled the pear and turned the knob, the Hogwarts kitchen will be revealed to you. Located directly beneath the Great Hall, the kitchen is a high-ceilinged room with five identical tables to the ones in the dining room above. Unlike the room situated above however, heaped around the walls are large quantities of pots and pans. On one end of the room are shelves of plates and utensils, stoves, sinks, and a large brick fireplace. |
Despite just having dinner, Rowan was still hungry and was in dire need of ice cream. And he truly hoped he wasn't being pranked when he was told he had to tickle a pear to obtain ice cream. Those students couldn't be serious... The twelve year old glanced nervously around him as the pear loomed before him. Perhaps they were hiding with cameras, or they were going to jump out at him... he quickly reached up and scritched the pear with his fingers and tried the knob and - IT TURNED! A sigh of relief escaped the boy as he entered the kitchen. Perfect. Now where was the strawberry ice cream? And were there toppings? |
:3 Curtis was just minding his business, strolling the hallways. Hogwarts was such a huge place, there was no way he could not be entertained. He briefly glanced at the younger puff up ahead who was glancing around... Hm? Oh... Curtis recognized the signs of someone trying to be sneaky with stuff. Not that he had any experience with that, ahem. So before the younger boy could notice him, Curtis quickly hid behind a wall. Solid Curtis. That would be him for now until he slowly peeked to see what was happening. Why is he scratching a picture? Isn't that going to ruin the picture? Curtis was confused until, he gasped. The boy was going inside the open portrait. A secret passage. Okay, now he HAS to follow him. Checking both sides before crossing over, he mimicked the same motions before he could enter inside as well. Curtis grinned as he went through to see a kitchen. "So... this is where they make the food." He looked around. "...How long did you know about this passage?" |

Now Blake was drawing a blank and wasn't sure if he had ever even seen the boy before ... what house was he even in ... Blake was searching his robes for a color... was that yellow?? Friends! SPOILER!!: Curtis! Rowan jumped at the sound of a voice he didn't know was there. Was he being pranked? Oh, merlin, please no... Ah. It was just a friendly older student. Thank merlin. He was definitely about to panic. The boy gave a nod. "Yeah, I guess so! I didn't know about the passage until I asked an older student cuz I wanted some ice cream. I thought tickling that pear portrait was a joke but I guess it worked." He laughed. "Are you hungry too? I was gonna make an ice cream sundae." Rowan added. "Oh and I'm Rowan by the way!" SPOILER!!: Blake! Not seconds later, another boy was ibn the kitchen. Rowan quickly recognized him, but forgot his name. Did he ever get his name? He could have sworn he had heard it used in class and at the dance... Think, Rowan, think... Aha! Blake! He was certain of it. "Hey!" He greeted with a little wave. "We did! Blake, right? Do you want ice cream too?" The badger grinned. He was so excited for his ice cream. Speaking of which... where did they keep that stuff anyway? |
Blake smiled at the other boy who was in the kitchen to. Man it's true what they say about boys eating everything isn't it? Yup, It's Blake" Okay now that they established Blake's name... what in the name of Merlin was his. It was more embarrassing by the second that he couldn't seem to remember. Deciding to just skip over that part for right now Blake jumped right into the conversation about food. "I was here for pie! Apple pie!! But ice cream is good to." Blake was rather enthusiastic about food.... but the nagging feeling of the name thing kept coming back to him. Deciding he could stand it no longer. "What's your name again? I'm sorry I can't remember." There .... well... though he looked liked an idiot at least the suspense would last no longer. |
SPOILER!!: you both Sundaes, sweets.. Curtis grinned at the chances on what else could be in stock at the fridges. "Well, heylo there. I'm Curtis." He replied to both Rowan and Blake. He recognized Blake from their own common room though both were clearly younger than him, it was cool either way. "Sundaes and pie both sound great!" Why not, he decided to go over to one of the cupboards to search. "Do you think they have cookies and brownies too? We might as well go wild with the sweets." Yes? Yes! "What else do you think we should have?" |
Quirly was very happy to be back at Hogwarts. Quirly did not like being away. Quirly was home with the trusted spatula and the studenties to take care of. Months later, Quirly was still very happy to be back. Quirly had the castle and all the chores that kept a good house elf busy. |
