Hawthorn is excellent for Charms work and concealment spells, but also particularly well suited for healing spells and curses. The contradictory nature of a Hawthorn wand is well documented and its ideal owner is paradoxical and complex, and usually internally conflicted in some manner. History:
Holly spent her two years leading a normal life with her parents, Amanda and Julien, and older brother, Cameron in a small town in the south of Wales called Ferndale. In July 2085, however, a tragic incident involving a fire cost both parents their lives, leaving the two children orphaned. While the reason for the fire hadn’t been completely clear at first, further investigations soon confirmed that it had been two year old Holly who had started the fire through an uncontrolled burst of magic. Naturally the owners of the foster home the two were staying at were informed about this detail but it has so far been kept from both children.
After discovering that they could not have any children of their own Steven and Nancy decided to look into adopting with the help of the adoption agency “Sisters of Hope” which they had found through a mutual friend. The agency closely works with a great number of orphanages and foster homes, including the one Cameron and Holly were staying at. Despite being informed of the reasons for the children’s parents’ tragic deaths, the two adopted Cameron and Holly on May 2, 2086, promising to keep an extra close eye on young Holly and the girl’s magical endeavors.
While Cameron does remember their biological parents, Holly does not; even though both Nancy and Steven are trying to preserve a positive and clear image of Amanda and Julien. They’ve been open about the children’s adoption from the very beginning, not wanting to keep anything from them unless it was absolutely necessary. A single photo of the whole family taken on Holly’s first birthday has been saved and has been hung on the wall alongside other, more recent family photos in the Tamesis household.

Until he was thirteen years old, Kaiser received no formal education. He did not officially exist in the muggle world and, thanks to his successful evasion of the authorities for so long, was never made to attend school. As such, Kaiser could neither read nor write until arrangements were put in place for him to attend Hogwarts, and he was finally given literacy lessons.
While he is not at all academically gifted, Kaiser possesses other kinds of intelligence. He also has a keen aptitude for learning languages.
Given that Kaiser was so far behind academically and socially, despite it having been arranged for him to move to the UK in early 2095 in order to attend Hogwarts, it was decided that he was not ready to attend straight away. As well as missing out on an entire formative education, Kaiser also did not attend his first or second years at Durmstrang, where he had originally been accepted. His lack of reading and writing skills combined with the absence of academic knowledge convinced officials in charge of his care that he should be tutored privately for another year and a half before starting at Hogwarts, at which point he would join the year below his own age group. This also gave Kaiser the opportunity to settle into his group home in England, and to adjust to his new life.
This extra year and a half out of school was at first concentrated on improving Kaiser’s English skills, including his reading and writing, and then moved onto remedial magical studies. Outside of academic work, Kaiser’s education included social integration with the magical world.

HISTORY
Pre-Hogwarts (December 2081 - August 2096)
Born unexpectedly on New Year’s Eve to a German pureblood witch in Italy with no fixed address, Kaiser’s formative years were spent constantly moving from place to place around Europe. His mother, Aurora Kaiser, loved her son with all of her heart, and did what she could to provide for him. When Kaiser was five years old, while living in Berlin, he witnessed the death of his mother, and was left by himself.
While not totally alone - he had the assistance of his mother’s friend Nikolai to see him through the worst times, though Nikolai was also homeless - Kaiser quickly learned to fend for himself. He grew up on the streets, sticking with a community of other street kids but eventually striking out from them. From time to time he travelled to other places with Nikolai, though for the most part, he kept his own company.
Around the time of his eleventh birthday, Kaiser was located by a social worker from the wizarding world who informed him of his magical abilities, and that he was to attend Durmstrang Institute the following school year. She took Kaiser to a wizarding children’s home in Germany where he was expected to stay until the time arrived for him to attend school, but Kaiser ran away. After being returned to the children’s home and running away several more times, Kaiser figured out that it was his use of magic that alerted his social worker to his whereabouts and took what measures he could to avoid this. Unsure what to think about apparently being a wizard, Kaiser searched for Nikolai to find out more about his mother, but Nikolai had disappeared.
For the next couple of years, Kaiser managed to evade the authorities and his social worker, employing his natural ability to stay hidden, but in early 2095, after a series of pivotal events, they finally caught up to him again. Now tired of living life on the streets, Kaiser finally agreed to go to a foster family in Germany and not run away. It was later agreed that Kaiser would attend Hogwarts rather than Durmstrang, necessitating a move to the UK. Within weeks, Kaiser had been moved to a muggle children’s home in Manchester, England - one that had had magical children live there in the past - where he was to spend the next year and a half being homeschooled. He was taught to read and write, and given remedial lessons by a private tutor in order to start catching up on all the magical schooling he had missed. During his year or so of being homeschooled, once he had learned to read and write, Kaiser covered the two first years of magical education. In September 2096, Kaiser started at Hogwarts, though he was held back and started as a third year.

Jillian is usually quiet when surrounded by strangers. It takes awhile for her to observe the room and then start making friends. She easily adapts to change and new situations. She’s also the type that is an optimist. She always (or at least tries her very best) to look at things in a more positive light. Personality: As the baby of the family Patrick had to compete with the rest of his siblings in order to be heard around other members of his family, as well as his friends. He learned quickly that humor helped him stand out from his siblings. He also likes to befriend anyone regardless of where they're from, he enjoys knowing people. Background: His mother and father are from London and went to Hogwarts themselves. When his mother and father graduated from Hogwarts they moved to America, specifically Kentucky. First Year(2093-2094): During his first year, he made friends with many people, coming to be known as a good kid and always attending class. Some of the notables, he was nearly killed in DADA when he was dangling from a cliff. Additionally he was a bit worried in Runes when they were working through the maze. His friends have come to realize that he is very nice, but very outgoing. His southern accent has become a staple in the halls of Hogwarts.

Second Year(2094-2095): Patirck was scurrying around Hogwarts this year trying to figure out what all of the paintings on the walls were, and where they were coming from. His time in class was still as important to him as before, but this year he made the quidditch team. He was surprised by how much he learned this year, but is starting to wonder just how much he actually knows.
Accolades: Most Likely to Invent or Discover Something, Most Likely to Graffiti for a Cause.
Third Year(2095-2096): During his third year, Patrick actually made the Quidditch team, he was a chaser. During this term there was a trip to the lake where he tried to keep with the class and avoid any danger. Thankfully, this term Patrick did not nearly die during DADA class or in any other situation on campus. During the Inferi battle at Hogwarts this term, Patrick was sick with the flu and was laid up in his bed, much to his delight after the fact.
Fourth Year(2096-2097): Quidditch Captain. Can you believe this? Although, once at Hogwarts he realized that the term would not be going as he expected it to. As soon as he walked into the building and sat down for the opening speech Headmistress Hawthorne was sacked and the reign of terror began. Patrick depended on Quidditch to get him through the term and make it through classes. He hated sitting through class but did it regardless of what the Headmaster and his cronies would do. In the end he helped Slytherin make it to the quidditch cup!
Fifth Year(2097-2098): Pink fuzzy creatures. They were everywhere he touched one and ended up slowly growing pink fur. Thankfully not as badly as his friends but he was not eager to have fur growing. This term was more unsuccessful for his quidditch captaincy. He lost the cup, but he figured it wouldn’t have been that bad. Sixth Year(2098-2099): Just a normal term at Hogwarts right? First it started with a creatures coming toward the castle, He was not a fan of the spiders. Then it was the mist. Why Mist? Why something that he shouldn't be scared of coming for him in such a way. He was not a fan at all. But the worst part was losing a close friend, the disappearnces of students was one of the worst parts and if he was being honest with himself he really thought about leaving for a hot second, but why do that your last year ya know? Being Prefect wasn't all bad.... Unless it meant that he lost the girl he liked, then another because he thought he had to set the prefect example when he just needed to lead by example.

Eloise Francine Fairfield was born to Edmund and Vanya Fairfield on a cold fall night on in the late hours of September 23, 2083. She was very loved by both of her parents, her sister and the rest of her family members. While it was more difficult with now Eloise here with Vivian and her parents busy with their careers. They made it work and soon enough Eloise was on her way to St. Woboldo's Primary School. If both their parents were busy. their Aunt Elise would come to pick them up and Elise had come to love spending time with her and Uncle Chris while teaching her cousins Alexander and Benjamin to be little terrors themselves. While also growing to learn to hate the game of quidditch from her quidditch obsessed Cousin and Sister with the final straw being tricked into licking some broom polish on a fateful day. During her parents' day off, Edmund and Vanya would take the Fairfield girls on family outings and even allowed Vivian and Eloise to sometimes observe them when they were demonstrating at work. Her sister took to it more than her since all Eloise did was run around and look at things. Most of the time while doing this Eloise would bring her skateboard and music and do that the whole time ignoring her parents and this continued even while Vivian was in school and eventually, Eloise took an interest to watch her father from a distance and see what he was doing as it interested her and regrets not telling him when she had the chance
