Homework Board:

Lesson 1:
Assignment: Please write an eight to twelve sentence paragraph letting me know what you already know about the Dark Arts. Be as specific as possible. In addition, please include any ideas or topics you'd be interested in covering this term.
Due Date: Wednesday, March 24, 2004

Lesson 2:
Assignment: I'd like you to turn in two paragraphs. In the first, discuss your Patronus. What does it look like and how does it represent who you are? In the second paragraph, I 'd like for you to discuss other possible uses for the Patronus charm. Be creative if you need to be.
Due Date: Wednesday, March 31, 2004

Lesson 3:
Assignment: Please write two full paragraphs. The first should be on what it would take for you personally to choose Dark magic. The second would be on what keeps you from doing so now. I really want you to put effort into these, because knowing what your buttons are could potentially save your life.
Due Date: April 11, 2004

Lesson 4:
Assignment: For your homework, I would like you to 1) Tell me about your progress in using the curse, 2) Describe for me what occurs when the curse is used, and 3) Research possible antidotes, etc. to be used upon the Conjunctivitis caused by the curse.
Due Date: April 29, 2004

Lesson 5:
Assignment: Turn in 6 inches (about half a page) about what you know about werewolves. You may use what we discussed in class, as well as any additional sources.
Due Date: May 6, 2004

Lesson 6:
Assignment:I would like each of you to owl me one paragraph about your continued progress with the spells. I expect you to practice them all week. Let me know, clearly and concisely how your practice is going, and if you are encountering any problems.
Due Date: May 20, 2004
