These were known things, still Ace’s booming voice just made the brunette a little more confident in her idea about stepping over the threshold into the compartment. ”heeeey, food nice move…were those from the recipe we’d tried to use last summer?” Mel asked as she pointed at the macaroons – if they were those were damn good.

Taking a little portion of cheesesticks Mel situated herself by the lovely Vi. ”Vi, lovey, I have something for you…if you n e e d it that is” she smiled as she placed a tin of cookies near the gravity tester inside there was also a nice surprise. A simple vial of liquid luck, that Mel had painstakingly brewed for quiet a while that term. ”Ace, I’ve got this for you too” she smiled lifting up a similar tin with the potion inside. "obviously...the cookies are for when you want them not need them...they're just good" she babbled for a moment before taking a bite of her food.

”I love the abode, I almost said I love what you’ve done with the place…but then I remembered I’m a…I. ugh, it’s my first time in this compartment” wow, had that gone awkward? She grinned over to her friends and immediately tried to brush off the way that sounded.

Mel couldn’t help but grin as she watched Vi as she opened the tin. Ah, good, she’d found her little gift to her. ”there is also a confidence salve I made if you…you know, need it ever?” because clearly, potions were something that were in her blood. Her own sister had almost gone to university for it even…and then, then it was fashion. ”If you want, I can move so you two sit together and canoodle?” she offered with a grin.

”yeaaaah…well, I mean its half a year” she shrugged, ”and I used it for my university application to prove iw as dedicated enough to finish it” she admitted with a bright eyed grin, because it had worked.

Vi hadn’t needed the potion at all it seemed. She was already asking Ace for a private conversation, that only meant one thing right? She was in the midst of leaning against his shoulder when Sammy came into the compartment. Aw, SAMMYKINS, really she had missed her dreadfully when they had stopped talking. ”Sam!
