Gladrags Wizardwear has large windows showing off its quirky and novelty clothing. Anything from robes to shirts to socks and even underpants can be found inside on display. There's no need to wait until the next time you can make a trip to London or Paris or any of its branches stationed around the globe -- Hosgmeade's very own clothing store will have you looking your best in no time at all as soon as you walk through the door.
Once inside, you will find yourself overwhelmed by fabric of all shapes, sizes, and colours. Anyone that loves to shop for clothes will find themselves in heaven here. Mannequins showing off the newest merchandise will follow you around and place clothing in your hands, enticing you to take the clothing and try them on in the changing rooms in the back of the building. If you have any questions or need some altercations, the shopkeeper is there to help.

* Note: if there's any apparel not listed, but you think should be, don't hesitate to see Ms Longshadow at the main counter, as she will be more than happy to check the back stock or order it for you if it is unavailable in the store.
Custom orders are available and prices vary depending on the request. Alterations for anything are available as well, upon request and included as a one-time free of charge before leaving the shop. Repairs and tailoring is also available starting at 1 galleon, depending on the fabric.
Another Hogsmeade weekend was here! And not just any Hogsmeade weekend - today was Halloween! Summer was in the holiday spirit with a glittery butterfly headband and matching wings that she'd made herself. After rummaging through the back room for a bit, she found an orange bowl with a jack-o-lantern face printed on the outside and filled it with packs of jelly slugs.
She emerged from the back and set the bowl on the counter. Her eyes darted to the window. This was going to be fun! Now where were the students?
Andi had been looking forward to Hogsmeade weekend pretty much since school started. Not that she really had any money to spend, but she enjoyed the freedom from the castle and sometimes took advantage of the five finger discount anyway. Plus she was planning on hanging out with some of her girls.
"Let's go into Gladrags," she told Zita as they headed that way. They didn't have all of the trendiest clothes, but she was sure they could find something cute there. The thirteen year old barely spared the shopkeeper a glance as she walked in and instead headed straight for the stockings. Yep, she had on what could pass for a costume too, in the way of a short black skirt and a pair of cat ears on a headband.

Every cat needed their mouse and today Zita was taking on the mouse. She could let her friends shine as the sassy and beautiful cat and today Andi was rocking it. Wearing her own tighter gray dress and cute boots with the mouse ears and tail Z walked happily with one of her besties.
Looking at the shops and seeing where people were headed to see where the most happening place for them to make their grand entrance she was interrupted by Andi picking a place. "Sure, it will give us time to have other people get into the Three Broom Sticks before our hotness gets there."
Opening the door she headed in, "I might need a new scarf, what did you want to come in here for?"

Soraya was soooo glad Hogsmeade weekend finally came. School was boring, friend drama was even more boring, and angry letters from home the most boring. Naturally she'd gotten turned around and spent a good ten minutes looking for her friends--and with the help of a few students pointing her in the right direction, Soraya managed to get to Gladrags in one piece. Donning a pair of opaque, red leggings, denim shorts (that her stepmom would make faces in disapproval at), black flats, and a long-sleeved black, scoop-neck shirt, she was in a full devil-meets-cute-school girl garb.
Adjusting her very appropriate devil horns headband, Soraya entered the shop, and sighed (in relief!) when she spotted her friends. "Andi! Zita!" she called out, bouncing over to them very happily. "Hiiii, you guys look so great."
Andi glanced at Zita as they headed in. "Do you want to go there next? The Three Broomsticks always seems the place to be." After a certain time at least, so it was probably a good idea that Zita was thinking that way. "Hopefully some cute boys at least." She could think of at least a few she wouldn't mind seeing there.
She was just about to answer her about exactly what she was intending to do here when she heard a voice calling both of their names. "Soraya, finally!" Where had she been anyway? "Girl, you look so cuuute!" They all did, really, especially in their costumes.
"I was just looking for some thigh high stockings," she mentioned with the hint of a smile as she casually stepped that way. She picked up a few different kinds from the display and inspected the packaging, for reasons.

The thing she loved about Andi was her thoughts were exactly the same as Z's. "Of course there will be cute boys, doesn't seem to matter who is around there is always cute boys." She grinned thinking about the few she hoped to see there. Wondering if Derf was dressing up like a creature or what James might actually get into. "Anywhere we are is the place to be, people know that and so do we. " Giving her friend a wink she was about to head fully in when she heard a voice that made her turn.
"'bout time you get your butt here." Z was smiling and did air cheek kisses to Soraya because that was the cool thing to do of course and she nodded at Andi's words. "Now if we find Chloe the groups is fully here. Maybe we'll find Farah and Magnolia too." She still wanted them all to get together to see what they thought about bringing those to into the group.
"We are letting more people show up at the Three Broomsticks before we make our grand entrance. It will be epic as always. For now we shop." Watching Andi head to the stockings she followed, you can never have enough stockings, especially if they were cute.
As soon as Andi said that, Soraya did a quick little spin to show off her outfit completely. "Thaaanks, Andi," she said with a quiet giggle following right after. The air kisses were just the right cool girl™ touch, and the third year happily obliged Zita--because when did she not oblige the other girl? "Oh, I thought Chloe was with you guys." She was a bit surprised to see that it was just the two of them, but they'd find their other friend eventually.
"So are we actually bringing both of them in?" Farah was nice, and Soraya liked her well enough, while Magnolia seemed a little quiet but she'd probably open up more when she hung around the group. Nodding along to Zita's words, Soraya added to her statement. "Plus, I got us somethinnng, so we all match and stuff." She'd thought about it for a long time, and figured that the group needed something concrete to show off to everyone whenever they waltzed through around the castle.
Summer didn't have to wait long before people started filing in. The first to arrive was a girl wearing a cat ear headband (Andi). Summer smiled at her. "Welcome to Gladrags - and happy Halloween!
I like your cat ears."
Two more girls - one in mouse ears (Zita) and one in devil horns (Soraya) - came in soon after. "Welcome to Gladrags, ladies! Nice costumes!"
She kept an eye on the girls as they talked amongst themselves. Did they notice the candy when they came in? "There are some jelly slugs in the bowl on the counter if you'd like a Halloween treat," Summer said. "Let me know if I can help you find anything."

She looked around the racks, the scarves were alright, but nothing as nice as the shops her mother would take her too. Maybe instead of buying one here,
she would owl her mother and have her send her some new ones. Maybe even get new ones for her friends. They could all have matching if they'd like.
Her eyes went to the shopkeeper as she came over, "Happy Halloween, oh thank you that's lovely." Z wasn't going to touch the candy at all, but she'd pretend that it was just amazing for the shopkeeper, it was good to keep on their good sides.
"Do you have any purple scarves?" Maybe she had prettier ones in the back.
Eyes moving back to Soraya she shrugged, [b] "We don't have a number limit in the group, but we want to have the right fits too, we don't need anymore backstabbing jerks among us. We stick together and that what makes us a squad, because no matter what we have each other's backs. "We'll invite them around see what we think.
It has to be a group vote. Always a group vote." She nodded as she looked at yet another scarf.
"You did? Oh, what is it?" That was excited, she loved getting gifts.
