Student Bulletin Board

In the Entrance Hall hangs a long, vertical cork bulletin board encased in glass for students to hang any notices or signs for the entire student body to read. Members of any house are welcome to post any requests, advertisements, and lost and found notices (or other things) that do not belong on the boards in their common rooms. The glass case surrounding the board is never kept locked.

Hey, Hogwarts! It's that time of year again, time for Christmas trees, tasty cookies, and snowy fun! And to celebrate, we have special holiday activities going on all around the school!

Coming over to the student board Natalia opened the class. She had already made her board in her dorm to remind herself what she had accomplished and why she was where she was at this moment as well as what goals she needed to work towards. One of those goals was NEWTS and now that it was February it was time to start really focusing. What better way could the Head Girl find then taking it upon herself to make study groups.

So opening the glass case she used the sticking charm to post the poster. Once finished she closed the case and headed away. She needed to find a person from each house to place it on their boards as well.



Attention Seventh Years


There will be NEWT Study groups forming at the library every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Please come promptly after dinner so we can get started. Bring notes, textbooks, and anything else you feel could help us prepare for our exams.


Snacks will be provided!

Since the the sudden disappearance of Rooney Bronwyn, Carlton Lewis, and Henry Whittebrook (may Merlin bring them back safely) the following notice has been scrawled on a large piece of parchment and is read by the headmistress daily:

Quote:

All students are forbidden from using the sixth floor corridor leading to the East Tower.

All students will be escorted to each lesson by a professor or prefect.

All students are not allowed to use the restroom unaccompanied by a professor or prefect.

All student activities, trainings, and matches held in the evening are postponed.

All students will return to their House common rooms by six o'clock in the evening following supper.

All students will remain in their dormitories after this time until breakfast the following day.

All students are expected to follow these new rules until further notice.
