Credits: Magical Soul
Located to the right of the main common room gathering area is the fabled Ravenclaw study tables and library. The study tables are a small group of dark wooden tables with matching chairs standing on a dark navy carpet decorated with a flying eagle. The study area, unlike the noisier common room gathering area, invokes a sense of calm, serenity, and peace of mind into those who come here to write an essay or work on some spell work. If you are in a bind, why not ask a fellow sharp-witted Ravenclaw for help?
Good luck with your studies young eagles! Remember that this is supposed to be a studious and calm area. | |

Was Hadley Denaker studying? Nope. But that didn't stop her from taking up one of the study tables. She was, however, writing in her new journal. The one Penny gave her for her birthday, while Asher snoozed in a near dead slumber on the table next to her.
Speaking of Prefect-Penny-turned-Head-Girl, Hadley was wearing a special shirt dedicated to her favorite student leader. And yes, she was hoping that she'd run into Penny at least once wearing it. But for now, she was more focused on jotting down whatever latest prank idea was floating around in her head, because Hads found her inspiration again. And who knew how long that would last.

She saw Haddie at one of the tables and headed over to the table that Haddie was seated at, setting her books on the table. "New hair color?" She observed the redness of the second year girl's hair. Then Penelope noticed the words on Haddie's shirt. "Awww, Haddie. I'm going to miss you next year. I can owl you and I'll be around in the summer." Penelope still couldn't believe that she was graduating from Hogwarts. After seven years, it would be weird not returning to Hogwarts. With studying for NEWTS and applying to university and Head Girl duties she hadn't taken much time to reflect on how she felt about graduating, but Penelope was feeling that she'd need to take some time for that soon. For now she would talk to Haddie and study.

Hadley looked up and smiled. She shut her journal. There was no reasons to give the Head Girl a peek into her scheming and only about 103 reasons not to. If not more. But, look. Hadley was writing in the journal Penny gave her. She was sure Penny would feel a bit of joy seeing that. And she was wearing the bracelets she'd gotten from Penny too. And the shirt.
There wasn't a better day to run into Penelope Wright.
She leaned back, and shrugged. "Yeah, I needed a change." She said. And hairstyle and color were perfect for that. Easy to change, not permanent, and yet made such striking differences. She liked her new hair and look, even if Mason didn't. She was gonna keep it around for a while.
Hads glanced down at her shirt, and smirked. "Oh, I mean it," she said, a sly and devious glint in her eye. "I'm not gonna let you graduate." Dropping the pretense, Hadley smiled again. "And I'll owl you back. We definitely need to get together over the summer. Assuming I'm not on house arrest again...So what are you up to?" She asked, changing the subject.

Penelope had made it this far, and nothing was going to stop her from graduating. Well, she wouldn't be surprised if something really unexpected happened and everyone was eaten by acromantulas or was stuck in the school and couldn't leave because of weird snowstorms, but the chances of those things happening were slim. Penelope fully intended to make it out of Hogwarts alive. "Haddie, you can't stop me from graduating. I'm going to study advanced charms and advanced transfiguration at university."
Yes, she would have to keep in touch with Haddie. "We should definitely get together over the summer. My little sister Isa is coming to Hogwarts next year. You should meet her." She liked the idea of seeing Haddie over the summer, and she would make sure it happened. At Haddie's next question, Penelope gestured at the pile of textbooks and notes. "Studying for NEWTS." All of her textbooks and every page of notes she had ever taken for charms, transfiguration, and astronomy were in the stack on the table. Later would be divination, arithmancy, and DADA. She was taking a lot of NEWTS, and she was hoping for Os on all of them. Penelope was in full study mode and all work on studying chemistry, physics, and math had been put aside while she focused on her NEWT subjects. Recently she hadn't been doing much outside of class except studying. "What's going on in your life?"
