The only way to get from here to there twixt the ground and second stair.
Places of interest on your way: the Muggle Studies and History of Magic classrooms, a swamp in the middle of this corridor, and the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. Traverse this dusty floor with care!

Oh good! So far no one had come down here, which meant Azura had a nice empty corridor all to herself with which to decorate! She took a few steps back and regarded the empty wall. What should she do? First of all, this entire wall was the wrong color! So she thought hard of a pretty sky blue color and then pointed her wand at the wall and said. "Colovaria!
A soft shriek was heard from the Ravvie 2nd year as the entire corridor wall turned sky blue! Perfect!!
Now!
She moved closer to the wall, and thought up a bright yellow, She took her wand out and traced a circle and said "Figura Circle!" A yellow circle appeared in front of her and she smiled as she tapped the inside of the circle again thinking of the bright yellow color and said "Colovaria!" There!!
Now the circle was bright yellow. "Figura Line!" Azura said as she traced a line up from the yellow circle, she did this over and over, all around the circle until there were yellow lines all around it!
There! It was a sun!
Azura repeated this process down the corridor, until there were six or seven suns that were dotted along the sky blue wall. Then, she traced the outline of the sun and said "Animatae!" So the Sun was now moving!! She did this again and again until all of the suns on her bright blue wall were moving!
It was a happy blue sky filled with suns!
Then, along the bottom of the wall she traced half circles and thought of white "Figura Half Circle." She said as she did that over and over, until they resembled clouds!
There! She was done! One wall down! Another to go!

Where. Was. She.
Jaemin had immediately made for the steps after getting away from the trophy room. He thankfully had managed to keep both of his shoes, but the small boy was now wandless (not so noticeable) and bleeding from scrapes on his cheekbone and chin (very so noticeable). He seemed supremely unconcerned by this, however, as he stumbled out of the stairwell and down the hallway. The diminutive Slytherin weaved back and forth, trying at doorhandles. Whenever one opened, he stuck his head inside the door, gave the room a quick once-over, and when he didn't find her... he slammed the door loudly and moved on to the next.

WHERE. WAS. SHE. Genny was here, walking down the corridor in her thirteen glory as a teenager of this castle. Things seemed to be quiet from her perspective. Oh look the boy from the zoo and some of her classes! "Hullo!" She ran up to him, ran because he was moving faster than a normal, calm person would and was searching? rooms? What?
THERE WERE SCRATCHES ON HIS FACE.
Genny became alert immediately, feeling sort of protective over the Slytherin. "You have...?" she made a small slashing move across her cheeks, worried brown eyes frowning at him. "What's going on?" Was he looking for a crazy cat?

Why was Hogwarts conspiring with the people in the trophy room to keep his love from him?! Jaemin slammed yet another door and rushed along to the next one, the voice only registering for moment before his brain supplied him with the knowledge that it was not her and therefore this person did not matter. He spared a glance at her as she motioned at her face, expression flickering ever so slightly in recognition... then he went right back to what he was doing. He knew he had a face, yes. A face that was just for heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer.
"I can't find her," he said a bit gruffly, banging on a door that did not open for him. Was she in there?! Were they hiding her from him? Didn't they know that true love trumped everything else?! "I need to find her. I need to be with her!"
Maybe this girl knew where she was? He'd met her before, but... her name was deemed unimportant for recall, because nobody was as important as his beautiful, lovely, smart, wonderful lady. He reached for Genny's sleeve, gripping at it and giving her a light tug and a shake, eyes a bit glazed over. With looooooooove.

She noted, unintentionally being helpful.

He couldn't open the door with his wand, Genny. The boy shook his head, holding up his hands. No wand. See? He'd left it upstairs at the trophy room, because it was irrelevant. It wasn't necessary. His love was all the magic he needed.
"Can't unlock it," he mumbled, obviously a bit distressed now. He let go of her arm, because she was not his love and he didn't need to be touching her thank you very much. But when the girl asked what his love looked like, a rather dreamy expression took over his face, and a goofy smile plastered itself on as well. "She looks like an angel. Like tiger lilies and lavender and cherry blossom trees... she's everything good in this world and I have to find her..."
He seemed to snap back to earth after a moment, and looked at her very seriously. "I have to go look... somewhere else... she's not here... I have to find her before the others do, they want to take her away from me."
And with that, the boy turned and took off toward the stairs, still bleeding freely from his face, intent on heading down. Downstairs. Outside. She was beautiful like outside, so she had to be outside. | |

He didn't have his wand? Okay this was beyond crazy, how did anyone let his wand go just like that? Genny was so horrified by this, she clutched her wand in her hand and kept it close to her body. "Where is it?" Not that the boy was interested in listening to her, or hearing her, or---
--being here...?!!! Genny frowned, "Hey! WAIT UP, YOU'RE BLEEDING!" She shouted and ran after him. Naturally, she lost him at the first turn. "UHmm. UHHH." She stood still looking down at her wand and thinking up a way to do SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Nothing came to mind so she started running around again, looking for the bleeding boy. | |
