 A small unused classroom near the History of Magic classroom has been transformed into a studio suitable for any young artist. As Professor Finch has a visual arts background, he knows how important it is for many to have a creative outlet.
A large picture window provides plenty of natural lighting during the daytime and is perfect for capturing the grounds in a painting or drawing. Several small tables and chairs as well as a few easels are set up around the room. Nearly an endless supply of art materials are found in the supply closet and caddies set around the room.
Professor Finch often uses this room as a studio for himself, but he certainly doesn't mind sharing with the students of Hogwarts. Just be sure to clean up after yourself and put things back where they belong! | |

Jasper's jaw dropped as he entered the room. He hadn't been expecting this. Not an actual art room! They didn't have an art class as far as he was aware so why did they have an art room?
Not that the brown haired boy was complaining.
No definitely not.
He couldn't complain about this. About all of the arts supplies that were lying around here. His green eyes scanned the room. He wondered if he was allowed to just grab something.... |

“Peeves been giving you hell lately?” She asked because really she had heard about him though actually dealing with him was another story. “I’ve not had any run ins with the bugger yet” she admitted but really, it wasn't like she wouldn't mind one.

Elliot wandered into the room looking around in awe. It was like a dream come true. He hadn't had an easel to paint on since he was six! He looked around and didn't really recognize anyone in the room but there was one girl. He remembered her from Astronomy class back when she...pet him. What was her name again? Elliot chewed his lip in thought before it hit him. Mel! That was it! He pushed the hair out of his eyes before giving a tiny wave.

He grinned. "Maybe I'll show you a few moves sometime." Elliot nodded as she mentioned the astronomy tower. "I do love the dungeons a lot but I envy you getting to be near the astronomy tower and the owlery. I really like owls." He glanced around at all the art supplies chewing his bottom lip in thought. "Maybe I'll paint something sometime."

He nodded smiling. "I have a black cat named Kamja. I got him when I went with my parents to visit our family in Korea last summer. He tries to follow me to class a lot." He chuckled remembering how he was almost late to a potions class because the cat had decided to try and stow away under his robes. His eyes lit up at the thought of painting outside. "Hopefully it's not so bad out soon. I'd love to paint outside."

Was it fun?” She asked happily…”i…actually listen to the band Silver Enigma the one that Jun Kim and Kai Kim are in?” Mel nodded and then muttered quietly “I also like some old muggle K-pop…like…um…Miss-A was cool” she muttered and chewed her lip. “I did a lot of traveling with my parents before they well…died?” She shrugged.
“we went to a dragon reserve we actually stopped in Seoul for a bit when traveling to the Chinese Fireball reserve…I forgot where in China it was” she muttered… “actually…I think that was when I was sent to Australia to visit my brother Finn when he was working…before they were…well…eaten?” She shrugged. Nonchalance about her parents well, stupidity, was kind of something she had adapted since she was eight when they disappeared.
“But yes! Definitely. We could even just cast heating charms so we don’t freeze and paint out there even sooner!” She grinned over to him. “heck…it may even be cool to try and paint the swimming people from inside of the slytherin common room…which I cant do but hey that’d be cool for you to do that!” She smiled.

It was Monday.
It was also after dinner.
However it wasn't quite seven o'clock just yet.
It was about ten to though. Surely it wouldn't matter at all that she was a few minutes early for her first portrait painting session. Nothing wrong with being early. It was always best to be early then to be late her father always said. And well perhaps she was just a tad bit excited to get started.
Entering the artist workroom in jeans and an old band t-shirt which she already cast the charm she had been told to on herself, Hady looked around at everything for several long moments. Anything she might need was in this room. Why hadn't she come here before now?

Rachel decided to visit the Artist Workroom to spend sometime by herself. It was one of those day when she wanted some quiet and in the company of her friends, especially Haddie, this could be hard to come by. She also hoped that she might run into Professor Finch aka Professor Handsome.
After entering the room, the Eagle gathered some supplies and arranged them neatly on a table so that she would have easy access to them. Sitting down, she pulled a sheet of paper towards her. She was going to do some drawing and colouring.
