Default The Trophy Room

The trophy room houses the various trophies earned by students over the centuries. From plaques with the names of Quidditch Cup winners to those who earned the prestigious Special Services to the School, all trophies are awesome looking and so shiny you can see your reflection in them!

Be careful if you're here to admire, or you might just end up polishing your own reflection over and over and over again if you damage any of these precious trophies.

Gregoire wanted to explore every room in this castle! Last year, the fresh-from-Beauxbatons-French Slytherin didn't get a chance to loom around the Trophy Room. So while he could, the Snake seized this opportunity by it's hands, and leaped over a large gap of homework and classes! Walking around practically blindly, the boy stumbled upon a portrait. Gregoire wondered if this was one of the many talking portraits that were "residents" here at the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in Scotland.

Looking at it with a curious, wide, blue eyed stare Gregoire questioned "Hello? Can you speak?" Even if it didn't, the dirty blonde wouldn't mind seeming crazy for a few seconds if anyone showed up. They could possibly think that he saw some of the other portraits speaking, and thought that all of the portraits spoke.
Hearing something Brutus turned his head in his portrait and saw a student coming in. As he watched the boy with curiosity he noticed it seemed he had not seen the trophy room before. Shame everyone should see the glorious trophies of all the talented house players of Hogwarts.

As he turned towards him and asked, Brutus nodded, "I do" He gave a pleasant grin, "and what brings you to the trophy room today my boy?" When visitors were scarce it was always interesting to see why someone was coming into his room.

Ahh, so the portrait did speak!

Gregoire looked up at the now speaking painted person. "Why, I'm here to explore!" The Slytherin said, unconsciously waving his hands in the air with glee! Which caused a cloud of dust to engulf the poor French boy. Cough cough! Geez! Did none of the House Elves ever clean down here!? This place would look a whole lot nicer if it looked cleaner! Also it was just respectful to clean the trophy room. Of all places, this should be one of the most cleanest places in all of Hogwarts!

"Does no one ever clean down here?" Gregoire asked while waving his hand in front of the cloud of smoke, dust, and dirt. Who knows how much has accumulated down here, in this sadly dark and almost decrepit room. This could be another chance to help! To make up for the feast!

"Exploring is always good as long as one explores with caution and not to cause trouble." He had seen many come and go, but it was the ones that were here not to just look around that made him ruffle his frame. He looked puzzled as the child coughed, was he a sickly child?

Looking around at the bright clean trophies Brutus wasn't sure what he was talking about. "Of course they do. The house elves of Hogwarts are very good at their job. The only place that seems to have been missed are those older trophies over there." He pointed and looked expectantly at the child.
