"You'll notice some new faces at the table, not just of new professors, but also of new security that will be present around the school. Again, these measures are for your protection. You cannot learn, you cannot play, you cannot live if your security is at stake. So bear with us as we try to get through this threat."
There. That being said... "Congratulations to our new Sortees, our new staffers, Ms. Morgan and Ms. Glendower, our new Head Boy and Girl, and our new Ravenclaw Head of House." That about covered everyone, so Bunz brought her hands together in a light clap. "Now that the notices are given out, take care and enjoy the feast." With those closing words, the elf-made delicious meal appeared on all the tables, and Bunz happily (though she wasn't actually happy) returned to her seat.

Despite the warmth emerging from the student's mouths, a breeze spread forth on the grounds sending chills over all present. And in the stillness of the grounds, not even a spider seemed to present . . .
It might be a good idea to huddle up to those closest to you. A breeze passes through the viewing and playing area, sending chills up the spines of all those present. Bbbrrrrrr.

The CRACK! was most audible to the largest inhabitants of the Forbidden Forest, and the two acromantulas on their way out gave pause when they heard it echo through the trees. They communicated with each other about the strange noise through the clacking of their pincers. Normally, these spiders would have no fear in approaching and defending their territory, but in the face of this winter...and with everything happening within....neither wished to approach first.
The spiders remained hidden in the shadows, quiet and watchful of the human scampering through their trees. For now, they only watched with all their eyes...

Once she was sure she was facing no imminent threat, a smirk crossed her face. Now she knew where to come back to. She wound her way through the forest and exited far from where she had entered. Checking to make sure she was still invisible, she crept back toward the castle.
