It was a few hours before dinner time as the second year Gryffindor made his way to the Laboratory in the dungeons. He had realised in class that he had a thing for the subject and believe it or not, he wanted to learn more and see if he could brew a simple potion on his own. It was a pretty tough decision though, considering that he most likely would see his most hated Professor but it was a risk he was willing to take. After all, he disliked the man, not the subject.

As he stood outside of the room he noticed a notebook and went to take a look. Write name date and hour? seriously? they couldn't just enter and brew some potions? LAAAME! He opened his bag and grabbed out a muggle pen before opening the notebook. It came as a surprise to him that no one else had written in it yet. He scribbled down the information and then checked if he had everything.

Grinning to himself, the Gryffindor closed the notebook and entered the Laboratory. His first instict was to look around. The Lab looked smaller than the classroom. A cupboard to the side where he just knew that the equipment was in and then his eyes traveled to the blackboard where the instructions were written on in big-sized letters. Did the Professor think they were blind or something? geez.

He chose a working space that was near the back of the room and placed his bag on top of it. He then took out a piece of parchment from out of his jeans pocket and unfolded it. He had already chosen which potion he wanted to make and had scribbled down the steps for himself. He placed it flat on the table , the writing of the Magical Fireworks Potion facing up before he left the place and went to the cupboard.

The second year grabbed the equipment and ingredients that he needed he had to walk back and forth twice and placed them all on the table. After he was done cleaning the epuipment with a simple "scourgify" he sat up the cauldron and then read the first instruction. Filling the cauldron with water.

Kevin flicked his wrist and let the Phoenix feather wand fall out of the wrist holster he was wearing. He then pointed it inside of the cauldron and said; "Aguamenti!" A slow, very slow stream of water flowed in to the cauldron and the Gryffindor sighed. He still hadn't mastered this spell completely. But he refused to use the washbin if there was one in here as well... After a minute or so, the cauldron was filled with water and he stopped the spell. Alright what next? Boil the water. Oooh that was easy! He waved his wand and a fire started under the cauldron after he had said the incantation.

It was time to get brewing! Adi arrived at the Potions lab with the ingredients he had secured from the Professor. Of course he would get the others right in the lab. Eager to get started, Adi wasted no time in signing in:
Yep. He was here that early. Blame his excitement. Adi decided to take a workstation right at the front of the lab. Retrieving his potions textbook from his bag, he flipped it open to the page labelled Babbling Beverage.



The third year gathered the necessary ingredients and set them up next to the two he had gotten from Professor Culloden. He still couldn't believe the man had let him do this. Poor Benny had no idea about his best friend's intentions.

Anyway...Adi pointed his wand at the cauldron. "Scourgify!'' With that now cleaned, he measure out 500 ml of water and added it in before lighting the burner.

In went the 5g of Alihosty leaves. Now to leave that in the now simmering for 20 minutes!

Next step! Which was....uhm...Kevin looked at his notes on the table. Ah! Adding the handful of dried Salamander skin. Which was disgusting in a totally cool way, you know? But as he read further he saw that he needed to dice something as well so the Lion decided to do that first.

He grabbed a clean knife and placed the jalapeno in front of him. He brought the knife down on the ingredient and began to cut it. It...wasn't perfect though because he hadn't really used a knife before except for in a few potion classes so he will still trying to perfect it. But after a while, the Gryffindor was happy enough with the result and put the not so perfect diced jalapeno in a small bowl.

Kevin opened the jar of the dried salamander skin now and as he looked inside he made a face. He was facinated, yes...but ewww. Not sure if he should wear his gloves now or not, the twelve year old played it safe and put them on just in case. His hand went in to the jar and grabbed a handful of dried skin before adding it in to the cauldron.

Taking off his gloves, he pointed his wand at them and began to clean them with a "Scourgify" and placed it on the table. He then grabbed the bowl of the jalapeno he had cut and added it in to the cauldron as well.

So far so good!

Now that his leaves had been in the simmering water for directly twenty minutes, Adi cleaned his wooden spoon and carefully removed them. He put them in a container to be discarded later. It was time to let the water boil.

Adi did just that, patiently waiting and keeping an eye on the cauldron while he crush the erumpant tongue in the freshly Scourgified mortar. Soon the water was boiling. The Puffer checked his text book, then added the two billywig stings followed by a pinch of the powdered erumpant tongue. Now what?

"Allow to boil for ten minutes, continuously stirring counterclockwise,'' the boy read. Meh. Ten minutes was a looong time to be stirring! But it had to be done. He cleaned his wooden spoon once more and got to work.

Angel had promised Adi, she would help him before the incident at the whomping willow happened and well she kept her promise with people even if they were nasty horrible boys like Adi was, she hadn't done anything to him so she had no idea why he had been so mean to her but well she just couldn't wait to get this done.

"So what can I do to help?" Angel said, with a blank expression on her face, she was here to help and then to get out of there before he decided to do anything else to her.

Adi was just finishing up the last of the stirring when that voice that was all too familiar to him by now spoke up. He had totally forgotten he had asked Angel to help him out with the potion. Ugh! He didn't want anything to do with the best friend thief right now.

"Nothing,'' he said stiffly. Adi bent over the workstation to check the next step. "It's got to cool...'' He was muttering to himself now. Great. Nothing to do while the potion cooled meant he'd probably have to talk to Angel instead.

The third year took a seat. He had opened his mouth to tell Angel to sit too but three words popped into his mind: Best Friend Thief. "I've got the potion under control.'' His tone was stone cold...but Adi wasn't stone hearted. Angel had still come to help him. "You can add the armadillo bile and do the five counter clockwise stirs after it cools,'' he added moodily.

Angel didn't like the tone that Adi was using with her, he had asked her to help and she had kept her promise, she hadn't done anything to him that she could think of, she was only a first year and was new at this school maybe it had been a mistake coming here but well she would get through it.

Angel could tell that Adi was still very angry with her because he was being cold with her for no reason what so ever. "Oh I'll do that for you." Angel said but there was no expression on her face or anything in her tone to make Adi know what emotion she was feeling.

She waited until the potion was at room temperature before she added the armadillo bile and then she stirred it five times counter clockwise, she had no idea what potion they were brewing but if this had been with someone else, this would have been so much fun but as it was it was, it was with the firstie hater, that's the only thing she could think of was the fact he thought he was too cool to be with firsties.

Adi kept a sharp eye on Angel while she followed the instructions he had given. She was not going to mess up his potion especially since he had acquired two of the ingredients from Professor Culloden. He had also made sure the potion was indeed cool before she proceeded And now she was done. Adi gave her a nod. He wasn't in the mood to hand out compliements but he had to admit, she did a great job.

"One last step,'' he muttered. The boy added two drops of leech juice and with the wooden spoon, went on to stir twenty times counter clockwise.

One, two, three...

...nineteen, Twenty!

There! The Babbling Beverage was complete! Now to slip it to Benny. Earlier, this had been about having a good laugh as Benny babbled his head off but now it was more than that. It was also revenge for spending so much time with Angel Valentine. Speaking of the first year, even she had no idea what potion she had just helped with or for whom it was for. Wait until she found out it was for her boyfriend



Adi the potion into a vial, cleaned all the equipment he had used, cleared away any grains or stray ingredients and made sure the workstation was in perfect condition just as he had found it when he arrived.

"I'm all done here,'' he informed Angel. "I'll see you around.'' He took a few steps towards the door before pausing. "Thanks for coming,'' he said tightly without looking back. And then he was gone.

The next step, Kevin knew he had to stir the potion so he grabbed the stirrer that lay on top of the table and with a quick wave of his wand he cleaned it with a scourgify. He inspected it for a moment but upon seeing that it really was clean he placed the stirrer in to the cauldron.

He quickly checked his notes on the parchment and read that he had to stir 13 times anti-clockwise. Ugh... he hated these kinds of steps. But it was better than those steps where he had to WAIT. Because the Gryffindor was not a very patient one.

With his right hand, the second year stirred the potion going around against the clock with wooden stirrer. He counted the number of times he had made a whole round until he came to ...11...12...13!

Cleaning the stirrer again, Kevin placed it on the desk and checked his notes. Add a dash of sheep bile? ewww... He made a disgusted face while he searched the table and realised he didn't have a jar. He looked up at the cupboard at the end of the room and walked towards it. He opened it with both hands and his miss-colored eyes searched the shelves. Sheep bile...sheep bile... Scratching his neck, he finally found what he was looking for and as he pushed some other jars aside he grabbed the jar and walked back to his place.

This whole step was disgusting and although Kevin usually found this cool, even he thought it was. He opened the jar and held it over the cauldron. Just...pouring it in until the potion turned grey right? He concentrated as he tipped the jar over slightly, the bile going in to the cauldron. He furrowed his brows in concentration and he was biting his lower lip.

There! The potion had a good greyish colour and if he wasn't mistaken it even looked like a bit of concrete? Was that supposed to happen? According to the notes it was and he grinned.

He placed the jar on the table and closed it before he scratched off the steps he had done with his muggle pen.

Cris was glad that he finally had some spare time to come to the Potions Lab. He was eager to start brewing the potion that he would eventually be giving to his friend, Mickey when he was done with it.

The first thing he saw when he stepped into the lab was the board with instructions written on it. Cris read every word of it before walking to the log book and signing in.

Putting down the quill, Cris walked over to the nearest workstation and placed his potions kit on the floor, while he proceeded to magically cleaned the surface of the workstation. Once he was done, he holstered his wand, picked up the potions kit and placed it on the table top.

Sitting down at the workstation, he retrieved his journal from his backpack, opened it up and flipped through the pages, until he came to the page he wanted. Then he began to read what was written on it.



Once he was done, the first thing he did was put on his clean pair of gloves. Then he opened his potions kit, pulled out his cauldron, a metal stirring spoon and a measuring cup, and proceeded to magically clean each one of them. Once he was done, he ended the spell, before examining each of the items to make sure they were thoroughly cleaned. Cris took extra care when examining his cauldron. He wanted to make sure that there were no visible signs of cracks on it because a cracked cauldron could ultimately result in a failed brewed potion.

Once he was satisfied with the cauldron's condition, Cris began extracting the ingredients he would need for the potion. However, before he did so, Cris turned to look over at the lab's entrance. He wondered whether Jasmine was going to join him today. He had mentioned to her that he would be coming here today to brew his potion and had invited her to join him.

Cris hoped she would show up eventually. Brewing potions was always more fun when one had company.

Looking in to the cauldron to check if he had brew his potion correctly so far, Kevin then turned his gaze to his notes and with a wave of his wand he accio'd the bottle of salt. This was going to be a bit tricky since he only need three grains and not knowing how to do that with magic, the boy took off his glove and let some of the salt drop on to the table.

He lowered down until he was eye-level with the working station and picked out three small grains from the pile of salt with his finger and put it aside. Then he swiped the rest back in to the bottle and added the three grains of salt in to the mixture. The cauldron started to bubble for a moment until it became still again.

Now grabbing the wooden spoon, Kevin cleaned it, swirled the potion around clockwise until he had rotated it four times. The potion was getting more solid now and he was sure he could even make forms with it right now. Taking the spoon out of the cauldron , he cleaned it and placed it next to him on the table.

Jasmine made her way down to the Potions Lab. She was going to meet Cris who was about to start working on an extra special potion. Not sure exactly what he wanted her to do, Jasmine thought it best to be prepared for anything. She had her potion kit, dragon hide gloves and goggles......just in case.

After reading the rules on the board, Jasmine picked up the provided quill and began to write her information in the log-in notebook.

Seeing Cris at a nearby workstation, Jasmine began to smile. She could see that he was busy gathering the ingredients for his Potion. If he could actually brew this potion, it was going to be awesome. Of course, she had faith in his ability and knew that he would be able to pull this off.

As Jasmine approached the workstation, she saw Cris look up. Smiling brightly, she said, "Good morning" "Jasmine Guidry reporting for duty. What's my assignment for the day?" She was ready to help Cris in whatever way she could so she waited for her instructions.

Cris was about to retrieve the ingredients from his potions kit when he heard someone enter the lab. Looking up, he immediately smiled when he saw it was Jasmine. Yes, now he wouldn't be alone in making this potion. He waited for his girlfriend to join him before greeting her.

"Hi beautiful. I'm really glad that you're here to help out. Before we start, I wanted to tell you that we won't be brewing the Vaxifloo after all. I spoke with Professor Culloden before coming here and he informed me that making that potion wouldn't really help Mickey with his illness since it only covers the flu bug which is not the only thing that Mickey isn't immune to," Cris sighed sadly.

"However, he did agree to ask his friends whether they could suggest and alternative. Until then, I've decide to brew the Fever-Reducing Potion instead. This potion will still help Mickey because it will help reduce the intensity of the fevers he gets every time he falls ill, " Cris pulled over his journal so that Jasmine could read what he had written down.

"I was about to retrieve the ingredients from my kit. Would you like to help me with that, while I start to freeze some water into ice?' Cris asked Jasmine. "Here are the ingredients we will need to brew the potion," Cris pointed out the ingredients he had written in his journal.

Jasmine was disappointed for Cris. He wouldn't be able to brew the potion that he intended, but he had come up with a Plan B and would still be able to help his friend. "That's too bad, but at least with the new potion you can still help your friend in some way. Hopefully they will come up with something else that can work for him."

Looking at Cris' journal, Jasmine noted the necessary ingredients. "Of course I'll help you gather what you need", she said. First things first. Jasmine went to the sink and thoroughly watched her hands, She would not be the cause of Cris' potion being ruined.

Jasmine cleaned her gloves and then put them on. Going over to Cris' potions kit, she started to retrieve the items that he needed. She got the willow bark and snake fangs and placed them on the counter. Then she searched for the next two ingredients. The horned toads and porcupine quill were found with little difficulty. Jasmine carefully placed them beside the other two items. Once she had done that, Jasmine let Cris know that everything was ready. "All set. Everything is ready for you". She stepped back, ready to see Cris work.

Cris waited patient as Jasmine as she proceeded to prepare the ingredients that they would need for the potion. When she was done, Cris smiled gratefully at her, "Thanks. You make an excellent Potions making partner. " then he turned to his journal to review the steps again.



Okay, I guess it's time for me to make some ice first," Cris put on his gloves. Then he picked up the round washing basin he had brought up from his dormitory. Pointing his wand in it, Cris magically cleaned it before beginning to fill it up with water. Once he had filled the basin with water, Cris ended the water conjuring spell before casting the freezing spell. Saying "Glacius," Cris watched as the water in the basin began to freeze up and turn to ice. Testing the ice to make sure that it was solid enough, Cris ended the spell.

"Okay the ice is ready, now for some ice water," Cris told Jasmine as he pointed his wand inside his measuring cup, and said the incantation again, "Aguamenti." Cris concentrated on the making the temperature of the water icy cold and when he had 500 ml of ice water inside his measuring cup, Cris ended the spell, before pouring the water into his cauldron.

"Would you like to carry out the next few steps?" Cris stepped aside to give Jasmine some room to work with.

Jasmine watched as Cris began to prepare his potion. He sure knew his way around a potions kit that was for sure. Some people just had a gift and Cris looked to be totally at ease in the lab. When he asked if Jasmine wanted to perform the next steps, she was surprised. "Are you sure?", she asked. She was a little bit nervous working on a potion that wasn't her own. What if she messed up? Then looking at the next two steps, she figured that she could handle them.

"OK, I'll give it a try." Jasmine got out a bowl and the mortar and pestle. She was not sure whether or not they had already been cleaned so she took a moment to clean them. Turning to the side, Jasmine found the horned toad bowels that she had set out moments before. She carefully measured out 2 grams and placed them in a clean bowl. Next she gathered the snake fangs, measured .4 grams and proceeded to crush them into a fine powder. First she put the toad bowels in the water and then added the crushed snake fangs. Jasmine turned to Cris and said, "OK, it's all ready for you". I hope I did everything right.

Cris watched with pride as Jasmine participated in making the potion along with him. As she extracted the ingredients, measured them out and then prepared them before first adding the toad bowels in the ice water and then the crushed snake fangs. "You did everything correctly, Jasmine. You shouldn't doubt your work. I have every confidence in you," Cris smiled at her.

..and he had been honest. Cris had everything confidence in Jasmine. He knew that she occasionally lacked confidence in her work, but from what he had seen in the classes he had attended together, and here right now, her doubts and lack of confidence were unfounded. He had never seen her make a mistake and doubted that he ever would.

"Okay I guess it's my turn now," Cris nodded at Jasmine as he turned to review his notes again.



Picking up the cauldron's handle with both hands, Cris carefully carried it over to the wash basin filled with ice. Settling it carefully down on the ice, he picked up the metal stirring spoon and began stirring the mixture counter-clockwise for 7 minutes.

While Cris stirred and kept time using his watch, he turned to Jasmine. "So I was wondering...um....do you have any plans for Valentine's Day? Sander told me last term, they had a Valentine's Day ball. I don't know whether the school is planning one this year, but if they aren't would you like to do something with me? We could go to Hogsmeade," Cris asked Jasmine.

He knew that the Potions Lab was the least romantic place to ask someone on a date, but mentally kicked himself for not asking her earlier, but the days had gone by so fast, that before he knew it, Valentine's Day was fast approaching.

"Um....you don't have to decide now. You can tell me later when you decide," Cris quickly told her, not wanting to put her on the spot. He turned his attention back to his journal before one handedly taking out the willow bark from his potions kit. Magically cleaning his mortar and pestle again, Cris placed the bark in the mortar before proceeding to crush the bark.

When the bark was thoroughly crushed, Cris checked his watch again, even as he continued to stir the mixture in the cauldron counter clockwise using his metal stirrer he was holding with his other hand. When the seven minutes were up, Cris stopped stirring and added the willow bark into the cauldron.

Then he picked up the metal stirring spoon again and began stirring the mixture, this time in a clockwise direction five times.

One...two...three...four...five. Then he stopped stirring.

Turning to the burner, he pointed his wand at it and saying, "Incendio," he lit the burner and adjusted the temperature before picking up the cauldron and placing it on the burner.

"Now we allow the mixture to boil for 15 minutes," Cris smiled at Jasmine. "Once the 15 minutes are up, would you like to finish up the last few steps? Don't worry I have every confidence that you won't make any mistakes at all," Cris grinned teasingly at Jasmine.

Jasmine smiled when Cris complimented her work. It meant a lot that Cris said that he had confidence in her. She had a bad habit of second guessing herself and was often afraid that she hadn't done things well enough. Just to have Cris' vote of confidence made all the difference in the world.

Then the talk turned to Valentine's Day. Was Cris kidding? Was there anywhere else in the world Jasmine would rather be on that day than with him. "Yes, I have plans for Valentine's Day", she said with a straight face. "I plan to spend the day with my boyfriend. You might know him.....tall, incredibly handsome, Hufflepuff?" Jasmine could barely contain her laughter. "Of course I want to do something with you. That I don't need to think about."

Cris asked Jasmine if she would like to finish the potion. He really did trust her ability and she was flattered. "I'd be happy to finish for you", she said with a smile. Then Jasmine looked into Cris' journal to determine the final steps in the process.

When the fifteen minute boiling leriod was up, Jasmine removed the cauldron from the fire. Checking her watch, she took the spoon and began to stir the potion in a clockwise direction. After seventy seconds had passed, she stopped stirring. Then Jasmine reached for the porcupine quill and carefully dropped it into the cauldron. Putting the spoon back into the cauldron, she gave it five clockwise stirs. Stepping back, Jasmine said, "I guess we let it cool now".

Cosgrach heard some noises from the potions classroom, and upon listening to it more closely, he nodded to himself and grabbed a vial of potion that was still red in colour and a paper explaining how to brew it. Entering the laboratory, he smiled at them both.

"Hello Jasmine, Cris," he greeted them and turned to Cris. "I got a response. They sent you a vial of a potion that will give your friend some immune system, and this contains instructions." He set them both on a clean desk. "Everything's in the paper." The properties and such. "Hope your friend gets better."

........did they have a question?

Jasmine was really good in brewing potions. Cris wasn't surprised though. He had witnessed for himself her deep concentration whenever he would sneak glances at her during their potions lessons. However, his attention was drawn from their joint potion making when she replied to his question about Valentine's Day.

When she first told him that she already had plans with someone else from Hufflepuff. Cris' heart plummeted. He should have known that someone else would have asked her first. But then when she continued to speak, he realized that she had been teasing him all along. Cris inwardly breathed a sigh of relief even as he began to grin widely.

Wagging his index finger at her, he shook his head even as he laughed. "Okay you really got me there. Good punk." Then he smiled, "Thank you for accepting my invitation, my lady," Cris did a half bow before straightening up. "We can go to Madam Puddifoots Tea Parlour for lunch and then maybe after that take a stroll around Hogsmeade. Here's hoping that the weather will have warmed up by then," Cris discussed their options with Jasmine.

But he had plenty of time to plan their first Valentine's day as a couple. For now, it was back to making the potion for Mickey. He waited for her to finish before nodding in agreement. "Perfecto Mundo, Jasmine. Yes, the instructions say to allow the potion to cool before bottling it up. I guess while we're doing that, I can go ahead and start cleaning up," Cris suggested as he began gathering up what they had used.

He was in the middle of magically cleaning them, when he heard someone entering the Potions Lab. Cris turned to see who it was and when he realized that it was their Potions Master.



Cris could see the Professor speaking. He could also hear him explaining why he had come there. But Cris had the hardest time believing what he was hearing. The Professor had indeed stuck to his word. He had asked his friends whether they knew of any potion that could help Mickey and his immune deficiency disorder. The professor was here with a vial of the potion and the instructions on how to brew it.

It wasn't that he doubted the Professor. He just didn't think that he would find the help Mickey needed that quickly. But he had been wrong, and this was one time, Cris was glad he was.

Cris stared down at the paper Professor Culloden was holding in his hand and then at the vial of potion. Then he looked up at the Professor lost for words.

'Oh please don't let me start bawling in front of Jasmine and the Professor,' Cris thought to himself as he tried to find the words to thank the Potions Master.

"I....I...I don't know what to say except thank you Professor. Thank you so very much. I'll make sure to OWL this to my mother, so that she can give it to Mickey's mother. I have no doubt that this will help Mickey feel better," Cris nodded determinedly. Picking up the vial, Cris looked at it and thought it fitting that the potion's color was red. Red not only represented love but it also represented energy, strength and life's blood. This would be what Mickey would be gaining once he drank this potion.

Cris picked up the paper containing the instructions on how to brew the potion. "Professor, would it alright if I tried brewing this here....maybe with your assistance...and Jasmine's?" Cris asked his Potions Master, immediately including Jasmine, as well. He wanted Jasmine to be part of this special moment. Cris knew that Professor Culloden was a very busy man, but he figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

"I think that I have some of them in my potions kit but not all of them," Cris told Professor Culloden after examining his kit.

"You didn't really think that I would be spending Valentine's Day with anyone but you, did you? You can't get rid of me that easily." Jasmine was actually excited about her first real Valentine's Day. She would be happy just to be with Cris and here he was making plans. "Hogsmeade sounds good to me", Jasmine replied.

Then Jasmine was surprised to see Professor Culloden enter the Potions Lab. "Hello Professor", Jasmine said in reply to his greeting. She was then happy to see that he had brought the potion for Cris' friend. She knew how much Cris wanted to help his friend and she was sure that he was excited to receive the potion. Seeing his reaction was priceless.

Cris laughed on hearing Jasmine's teasing words. "Well I was hoping that you didn't have any plans with anyone except me, but I didn't want to assume at the same time," he reluctantly admitted, before quickly adding, "Get rid of you? I will never want to do that...however, you might want to once you see how bad a date planner I can be," Cris winked at her.

Cris was still in shock even as he gazed down at the Immunity Potions instructions he was holding in his hand. He heard Jasmine greeting Professor Culloden and turned to her, showing her the vial and the parchment. "He did it," Cris couldn't help but tell her, smiling from ear to ear.

Cosgrach had this easy attitude over him as if to say 'No problem, kid'. And it really was no problem. Sure, it was an expensive potion, but his friend had enough money. A vial of it wouldn't even be a problem.

"It's fine, Cris. No need to thank me." He paused. "I don't have some of the ingredients too, they're special ones, see," and as much as he liked helping people, he wasn't going to pay that much, nor would he oblige the school to, "you can find them on the market, but they're expensive." So it was up to him. If he got the ingredients, Cosgrach would help.

Grinning at the 'He did it', he said "So if you need more help, I'll be in my office." He looked at them both and turned to leave.

Cris nodded in understanding as the Professor explained how expensive some of the ingredients would be for him and the school to just give them away to their students.

"I understand, Professor. Money is not an option for my family, if it can help Mickey. I'll OWL my mother the ingredients. I'm sure that she or my father will be able to acquire them for me. When I do I'll let you know, Professor." Cris hoped he didn't sound like he was bragging when he talked about money being not an issue with him, because in all honesty this was one time, he was glad their family was wealthy.

"Thank you again, Professor...For everything," Cris thanked the Professor profusely. He was so overwhelmed with happiness that before he even realized what he was doing, Cris leaned rushed over to the Professor and wrapped his arms around the man and hugged him.

It took him a couple of seconds to realize when he found his face pressed against the Professor's head did Cris realize what he had done. He quickly stepped back, blushing a deep beet red.

"I'm sorry Professor. I don't know what came over me. I usually don't hug my professors unless, I know that I won't be seeing them anymore," Cris quickly apologized.
