Sucking on an Acid Pop, Mischa casually strolled into into the Quill shop. He was unsure of what to do with himself. He needed to get the task done and that meant mingling with strangers. Not exactly his specialty but it had to be done.

Sighing inwardly, Mischa scanned the quill Shop. Why was it so empty? Did Hogwarts students enjoy being cooped up in their castle? With another inward sigh, he decided to look around. In the meantime, maybe someone from that House would show up. Where were the Ravenclaws?

Nigel need a new quill or something of the sort. So what better place then to go to Hogsmeade and get one. Not something he liked doing. His money had better places to go. The Prefect would have thought he would be the only person in the shop.

But apparently he was wrong. Weird. Because Come On who hangs out in the Quill Shop. Not even Ravenclaws would do that. Nigel had no idea who this guy was. He was not a Ravenclaw. Nigel was sure of that. Nigel assumed he did not even go to Hogwarts.

"What's Up"

Might as well make conversation while he was here.

Mischa was thinking of getting a Quick Quotes Quill. It was rather a bore to be sitting at a desk and taking notes or writing an essay. Why do that when the quill could do the work? He was not lazy but he did think doing actual writing as a waste of time.

He heard someone come in after him but Mischa did not even bother to turn to see who it was. He just kept on examining the quill. That was until the person spoke to him. "The sky,'' Mischa replied in a flat tone. Honestly, what a stupid question. Finally he turned to see who it was. It turned out to be some young fellow maybe not much younger than he was.

That meant... it was likely to be a Hogwarts student! Maybe he should change tactics. Be a little more friendly, though he couldn't care less if he came off as rude. Mischa smiled. Just a bit but a smile just the same. "Are you from Hogwarts?''

What do you know. He took the question literally. Even though he was somewhat wrong. Ceiling. Then Sky. If you wanted to get technical.

"Right"

Best not respond sarcastically or it might end like it did with Ascanius. It was becoming more apparent every second that he was not from Hogwarts. He still looked young enough to be in school. It became blatantly obvious when he asked if he was from Hogwarts. "Yeah, Ravenclaw." If he wanted to know for some odd reason."And I'm guessing you are from Durmstrang."

It was a fifty percent chance between Beauxbatons and Durmstrang and Nigel guessed from the sarcasm, Durmstrang. Nigel was liking these simple question and answers. Saves talking.

Mischa continued to focus his attention on the acid green quill in his hands. This would be perfect. It would save him a lot of time.

Right? Oh course he was. Mischa was not likely to be wrong. Go outside and look up, boy he wanted to say but instead smiled politely. Smiles were reserved for important situations and this was important, was it not? Why else would he be putting himself in situations he did not fancy?

The boy was from Ravenclaw? Excellent. He fashioned a tad bit of a bigger smile. "I see. What's your House like?'' Mischa asked, avoiding the question. And he would do that for as long as possible for...reasons. One of them being he did not talk much about himself.

This guy did not bother to catch the veiled sarcasm Nigel put into the 'right' answer. Probably distracted. Nigel was now beginning to think this guy was getting more from this conversation then Nigel was. Though Nigel did learn two things. One. He was from Durmstrang and two he had a weird interest in Ravenclaws.

That smile did seem a little bit sinister or forced. Yeah lets go with forced. Another thing was this guy was starting to remind Nigel of Dylan for obvious reasons.

Right back to the weird question. "Sarcastic, talk in metaphors, and mostly everyone likes to read and are creative" They were also first in fun. But that is not something you say to strange foreign students.

Regina entered the shop with a noncommittal look upon her face. She'd been caught up before, getting there just a little late. Blame couldn't really be pinned on her. There were just so many things to look at. So many handsome things...Smart and fabulous was she, but the pretty faces remained distracting. Even to a girl like her.

Speaking of one of those extraordinarily pretty faces, there was Mischa. He wasn't alone, either. Who was that? Why did he have girl hair? All these English boys had girl hair.

She didn't approach them immediately. Of course, she could have if she'd wanted to, but not yet. First, stationary needed to be bought. Regina was a long way from home and needed to write to her maĭka and bashta while away...

What was this charmed stationary set? What was it charmed to do? She reached out, plucking it up to hold it closer to her face.

Now that Mischa had found out this boy was indeed from Ravenclaw House, he was much more interested in having a conversation. But of course, he remained in control and not let his interest show. Though the boy would have already picked up on his interest in Ravenclaw. But that could not be helped.

"Good, good,'' Mischa muttered almost to himself. Reading was not bad. But he could handle sarcasm even if it didn't seem so. He usually ignored sarcasm. He found it useless. He looked past the boy as another person entered the shop. Regina. He nodded towards her. Obviously she was also looking for particular Hogwartians.

Wondering if she had any luck so far, Mischa directed his attention back to the Ravenclaw boy. "Vhat is Hogwarts like?'' Not that he cared. Durmstrang was the best School. Let anyone challenge that. But knowledge was power and Mischa was always in search of knowledge.

Nigel almost laughed by the way he said the letter W. Just like Romanos. Funny. Was he on some type of information hunt? Not that Nigel mind at all. Most of this should be common knowledge anyway. Must be for the tournament thing he saw in the paper once. Nigel forgot it was happening at Hogwarts this term. Some scholastic thing.

But it was easy to forget a lot of things when someone like that entered the shop. Nigel had no idea who she was. She was gorgeous. But from that nod. It seemed like this guy knew her. So Durmstrang it was. Why was she looking at Nigel funny. Meh..Whatever.

Right back to the obvious questions about Hogwarts life. It was not that exciting other than Dementors and being poor. But lets not talk about those. "Hogwarts is alright. Durmstrang is probably better. You guys just get here for the competition?" He probably was not going to answer. But Nigel had to at least ask some questions.

Oh, she felt the eyes. Regina smiled over her shoulder at them both, first to her classmate and then to Mr. Hair. Did the girl hair mean he liked boys? She took a moment to survey the two of them. The laughing and grinning was a tell-tale sign that he was getting flirtatious with Mischa's face. She couldn't blame him for that, either. Mischa was totally gorgeous.

She was curious, though...and because she was curious, she was going to snoop. Stationary could wait a few moments.

Making sure her very best grin was in place, she approached the boys, sizing Mr. Hair up. Openly, too, so that he knew she was giving him those types of eyes. Interested ones. "Mischa, introduce me to your friend..."

Vilhelm shuffled through the door of this shoppe. Mingling with the Hogwartz students, yes?

"Regina, Mischa," he said, nodding his head at the two. And there was a Hogwartz boy there too, talking with the two of them. "Hello." Viohelm sized this one up. Was he competition? Narrowing his eyes, he once again turned to Regina.

"What are we supposed to do... Now?"" he muttered, lips barely moving.

"Self-correcting quill, fragrance quill....."

Yep. Beezus needed new quills. Self-correcting quills were essentially handy dandy for speed note-taking during classes and she must say, her recent one had been abused already. She also needed a fragrance quill because she'd been using that kind to write her letters. They did have the vanilla flavor here, right?

So Beezus had taken this opportunity to go to Hogsmeade that Saturday morning to purchase what she needed. And where else could she get those stuffs other than in Scrivenshaft's?

Exactly.

Tugging on the strap of her shoulder bag now that it was against her right hip, the brunette stepped inside the shop and immediately grinned when she saw the cats. One fluffy brown cat pawed past her and she couldn't help but crouch down to pet it, "Here kitty, kitty..."

It still just walked past her. Hmm, no care in the world kitty?

Beezus chuckled and straightened up and saw her co-Prefect, "Oh. Hi Nigel!" Wave, wave.

Mischa purposely ignored the question and turned to Regina. Why else would they be here? Certainly not to just mingle with them. "I don't even know his name,'' he said, though he didn't care. He had not of course missed the way the Hogwartian was looking at Regina. The Durmstrang boy addressed the boy. "Be a gentleman and introduce yourselv.''

Mischa was once again examining quills when he heard another voice. Vilhelm. He wondered why they were all at this Quill shop at the same time. They were not here to meet each other. "Vhat else are ve supposed to do, Vilhelm? Headmaster Zitnik gave us specific instructions. Haff you made progress?''

So his name was Mischa. Interesting. But the way more and more Durmstrang students were showing up was weird. Three in this one shop alone. Did they have a secret meeting or something. Now obviously he did not know his name. Did did not ask or want to know it seemed.

So the girl's name was Regina. Nigel found out from the other guy how seemed to be more his age. Her eyes semed to be looking at him judging. Probably the hair. not that Nigel minded. Oh. Look Beezus was here also. So almost all the Durmstrangs and both Ravenclaw Prefects.

So he wanted Nigel to introduce himself. Hmm.. why not. "Hello, I'm Nigel, Ravenclaw Prefect and this is Beatrice my Co-Prefect." Nigel said as gentlemanly as he could, while gesturing to Beezus.

If you were for some reason researching Ravenclaws. You hit the lottery.

Mischa now snapped his eyes towards the other girl with much more interest. Another Ravenclaw. And they were both prefects. How excellent. Today was turning out to be his lucky day. Not that Mischa believed in luck.

"It is nice to meet vou Nigel. And vou too, Beatrice.'' He smiled again. It was as usual a smile just for show. It helped him to look friendly whenever he was in need of something. Now the Durmstrang boy was wondering if he should tell them why he was interested in Ravenclaws. They would find out soon enough anyway.

But in the meanwhile... "Hov do you two like being prefects?''

Elise was in desperate need of new quills and her supply of parchment was running low so she figured she would just kill two birds with one stone and get the stationery before she went to meet her best friend. Making her way to the display, she sighed. She wasn't in any way short on money but the quill selection was really rather nice.

She quite liked the flavoured quills. They were good for writing letters with, see? They smelled nice and had a scent that didn't fade on the way to the recipient. OH, would you look at that? It was 'Buy 5, Free1 1' and she did need a fresh set of quills. Her current set was really abused and falling apart as it was.

Now, what flavour?

Owls were boring, weren't they? So much studying and reading falling asleep on textbooks and writing just random scribbles in Tag's notes for all of it. What he needed was some parchment or notebook and some quills. They were taking its toll.

So, he quietly made his way to the store where all school supplies could be. He made his way around the aisles until he found what he needed. Quills first. He glanced at the quills, then picked up the color changing quills and examined it. "Cool! It'd make my notes not boring and rainbow colored." Yes, that was VERY important for Tag.

Wait... As Tag searched around he saw familiar hair. Or, at least he felt like it was familiar. He went around to the person and looked at them... NO WAY. Okay, that was her, right?! Where was CHRIS! CHRISSY! RED ALERT. Anyyywaay, Tag waved excitedly at Elise. That was Elise, right?!
