When you walk into Professor Fuller's office, you will usually find him sprawled out on the couch enjoying a good book more often than behind his desk. It's a comfy couch, after all. There is always a plate of apples on the coffee table, so if you're hungry, go ahead and help yourself. Most of the decor in the office was inspired by his Mediterranean study abroad program years ago, if you're wondering. The books on his shelves vary from nonfiction to biographies of muggles and wizards alike, along with the expected charm theory, transfiguration and history texts. Any paintings on the walls are scenery of his time abroad.

If you need to speak with Professor Fuller, please knock on the door and patiently wait for him to call you in before entering.

Hah! Were they the first ones there? SCOOOOREEE. Cat took a moment to glance around in a sneaky sort of manner before she lifted her hand and knocked on the door. Helloooo Professor Facial Hair, Hogwarts Greeting Committee. Alice and Caterina. With presents.

While they waited, Cat nudged Alice's side with her elbow and gave her meaningful looks. They did not want a repeat event with Alice scaring the man away. That was bad cause they'd surely get kicked out of his office and that would make classes way awkward.

Peeking out from behind the bouquet of flowers picked from nearby the Black Lake, Alice eyes the cupcakes. Chocolate. And Cat hadn't thought to bring extra for HER? Were those for Professor Facial Hair? He wouldn't mind if his future favorite student took a teensy tiny bite, would he?

And the poor sixteen year old didn't plan to be overwhelmed by the beauty of his mustache again. Really, Alice was much more eloquent when she had time to prepare dialogue, which she'd made sure to do today. Because they were meeting Professor Full.. of gorgeousness. Ahem.

She peeked around to make sure he wasn't there yet, then swiped her pinky through the icing of a cupcake. Mm, chocolate indeed.

A knock already? He had literally just sat down. And he hadn't really finished unpacking his things yet, so there were a couple small boxes here and there. Regardless, Piers walked over to his office door and opened it to find two young students... with flowers and cupcakes? Interesting.

"Hello, girls." He gave each of them a nod and leaned on the door frame. "How can I help you?"

Cat was about to shout at Alice for being so naughty as to swipe icing off of the cupcakes made especially for Professor Facial Hair (Merlin wouldn't that be an embarrassing slip of the tongue during class?). Luckily for the Gryffindor, the door was open and the man was standing RIGHT THERE and all Cat did was just nudge her side lightly with her elbow.

Again.

GRIN.

"Hello Professor, sir. We thought we would stop by to say hello in person." And not be creepy, right Alice? Cat offered the plate to him, "We made you some cupcakes." Well, she had made the cupcakes but Alice had been the designated stirrer and spoon licker and Cat was certain that those were two very important jobs.

"Actually, she made the cupcakes. I ate the cupcakes. You were supposed to get a couple more." Whoops. But Alice really did help pick the flowers to furnish his office with.. or not. If she had, there would be roots, too. Letting Cat do it was just so much easier. And neater.

"That's Caterina Moretti, and I'm Alice Fischer, professor, and you should remember those, because they're also the names of your future favorite students." She grinned a toothy, toothy grin at the man and his pretty facial hair. Did he feel welcomed enough yet?

Well, wasn't that thoughtful of them. Pierson inspected the cupcakes with a small, slightly amused smile and accepted the plate from her. "How thoughtful," he said, echoing his thoughts. "Thank you." His students in Athens hadn't ever brought him cupcakes before, sheesh. He was glad to be back at Hogwarts.

He chucked at the one who introduced herself as Alice Fischer, who apparently ate some cupcakes that were supposed to be his. "I don't blame you, they look quite good."

Piers raised an eyebrow as she also mentioned that they would be his favorite students. "Confident, are we?" he asked before turning back into his office to set the plate of cupcakes on his desk. He looked back at the girls in his doorway and pointed to the teapot on his shelf. "Would you like some?" Now that they were here, he had some questions... hmm.

Uh huh, yep. That was her name. Caterina Moretti. Pretty name, right Professor Facial Hair? Did he like it? She decided that he did. That was so nice of him! Only after she had that debate with herself did she realize that Alice had just admitted to eating some of the cupcakes. What! Cat immediately counted them and noted that a few were indeed missing. SIGH. Alice. Sigh. "You're welcome, sir. They're chocolate like you said you like." Yep, she remembered.

"We both love Charms." Cat added with a serious sort of nod that made her look more like an interested student than a fangirl. She was both, but he didn't need to know about the second one. But then, she broke into a grin, he was inviting them in for TEA? Heheheheheheheee. "Well, if you don't mind." Was her calm and polite reply. He didn't mind or else he wouldn't have offered, right?

"They taste even better than they look, sir. Cat is a cook more talented than any elf," she told him solemnly, smoothing out her clothes and glancing at her Slytherin friend out of the corner of her eye. See, Cat? Alice could be friends with the pretty professor and not gape like an idiot. Eloquence was a welcome gift sometimes.

They loved Charms ~~professors~~. "We do love Charms. And tea." Especially when it was had with attractive people (not including herself, of course).

Did that mean they could go IN now? Could they examine his desk for pictures of possible wives or girlfriends? Was he wearing a ring?

She had questions.

Oh, yes, he had said that he liked chocolate the best. This girl had a good memory, then. He looked forward to eating said cupcakes. Maybe he should share with them, though... because there was a lot.

"I'm glad," he said when the mentioned they loved Charms. Though, he did have to wonder if they were saying that merely because they were there at his office... with cupcakes and flowers... and they sort of seemed like they were up to something. But he tried not to think about it.

Piers waved his arm, gesturing them for them to come in and sit. "I don't mind at all. You'll have to excuse the boxes, though, I haven't quite finished unpacking." It wasn't too messy anyway, just a few stray things not in their place. And no, there weren't any pictures of females in his room. In fact, there weren't any pictures of people at all.

While he waited for the girls to sit down, Pierson got out three tea cups and poured some freshly brewed tea into each one. There were cups of cream and sugar on the side table that they were welcome to. Piers took his own glass and sat behind his desk in his comfortable chair, leaning back and pulling up one of his ankles to rest on the other. "So, girls... How long have you attended Hogwarts? I have a few questions."

Cat beamed happily when Alice talked up her skillz. It was true, she was particularly good at baking, especially when it came to cupcakes, those were her specialty. Though she usually preferred to experiment with flavors and things, but he had just said chocolate, so that was what he had gotten.

She settled herself in a seat and crossed her legs to sit like a proper lady, very classy move on Moretti's behalf. When the man handed her the tea, she smiled and thanked him and then added a bit of sugar and cream, stirring noiselessly. "This is my second term here." She replied to his question with a nod. She couldn't answer for Alice though, "Did you attend Hogwarts yourself, professor?"

Would offering to help Professor Facial Hair unpack seem like a bit too much? Alice thought it might, so she held her tongue while following her friend into the office and mimicking her position. Legs crossed. Ladylike. That was her.

After thanking him, the sixth year added sugar and cream to her tea as well, at least three times more than Cat. Bitter was equivalent to disgusting, was it not? "I've been here since I was eleven. This'll be my.." .. wait... counting on fingers.... ".. sixth year at Hogwarts."

She paused but jumped right back into chattering soon enough. "You look much younger than some of the other instructors, sir. Did any of them ever teach you?" Because if he was asking questions, she could ask some in return.

That was the way interrogations worked, yes?

So, Caterina Morreti had been here for two years, but he assumed she was a transfer student, since she looked much older than twelve years old. And Alice Fischer was a sixth year. Good to know. "I did attend Hogwarts, yes." That was in response to Caterina.

In response to Alice, he almost laughed. "I suppose I am slightly young... In fact, your Headmistress' first year teaching was my last year learning here." So, basically... she was old. No offense.

But wait, why were they asking questions? This was his deal. "Tell me about your other professors," he said before taking a sip of his tea. "Favorites, least favorites... anyone I should be wary of." Just out of curiosity, you know.

Aha! So he HAD attended Hogwarts as well. Cat grinned triumphantly like a cat with a cream dish. "Must be odd being back again and this time being the professor." She pondered on what that would feel like and sipped on her tea as she watched Professor Facial Hair answer Alice's questions.

Interesting, very interesting.

"What house were you in?" She tilted her head in consideration. She was going with Slytherin. It just.. couldn't be anything else, right? With an arch of her eyebrow, she glanced at Alice and then back at the man, "Favorite and least favorite professors?" Hmm.... was this a trick? Surely Professor Beautiful wouldn't be meaning to trick his favorites. Surely not. "I don't suppose I have a least favorite." She considered seriously for a moment.

"But also interesting, 'cause you can do all the things you wished professors did when you were a students." Like feed the kids in class? Yes? Was that not a brilliant idea for everyone? Alice thought so.

Houses? Could she guess first? Slytherin. Or Ravenclaw. All the people she found attractive were in those houses, and Professor Facial Hair was most definitely on that list. "My favorites are Professor Botros and Professor Flamsteed. He jumps on desks."

Yep. He did.

"And Professor Lafay might set you on fire."

"Oh, it's not too bad," he replied to Cat, stirring his tea. "Quite cool, actually, coming back to the place where you spent so much time as a teenager." He could be a little sentimental at times. Also, it was just really nice to get away from... other things. Other things that were... not as pleasant.

Alice was right, though. "Yes, like actually have fun," he said with a chuckle. Some professors were so duuuuuull. He had made it a goal when he started teaching to keep things interesting, which usually wasn't difficult for him to manage.

Piers figured that question would come up sooner or later. "I was a Slytherin," he replied. "The best house." No offense, Alice.

The Slytherin didn't have least favorites? He raised an eyebrow. "Oh come on, there's got to be someone you don't like." Then he turned to Alice. "I haven't met Botros yet," he commented. He seemed... old. Just an observation.

"Ah, Lafay... The Minister's wife, yes? Or, the old Minister, I should say." Yes, he had heard things about her, but he would wait until meeting her to decide for himself whether he liked her or not.

"Also being away from your family and your girlfriend. Or wife? Are you married sir?" Cat was sooo smooth, right? She leaned forward a little to politely look to see if the man was wearing a wedding ring or not.

She did not see one...

AHA!!! SLYTHERIN. If Cat wasn't so busy working to be a proper lady, she would have done a victory dance just then. Professor Facial Hair was a Slytherin, just like her. Obviously this was fate. As it were, she simply grinned triumphantly and nudged Alice's leg with her foot. Grinny grin grin. Cheshire Cat.

The best house, he'd said.

Best.

"I like Professor Lafay cause she's Head of Slytherin but I wouldn't like her to set me on fire or anything." No, Cat wouldn't like that at all. It was probably too soon to tell him that he was her favorite professor, right? Too soon.
